Everyone has said the sound is crystal clear and so much better than others. Too often with other products, it sounds like you’re in a well and your voice echoes, but not with the Bose! Great product!

Great sound at a good price

The intent was for her to be able to listen to audio books while working around the house. After working through the included size choices, she has been enjoying them for some weeks now. No problems with long-term wear.

Had high hopes!

And these kept coming up as a top pair. So when the went on sale, I bit the bullet and bought them. The sound on these were really great! Easy to use, easy to pair and easy to charge. But they just were super uncomfortable in my ears. I tired all the different ear tips, and within an hour or so, my ears were red with discomfort. Also, the battery life isn't that great. I bought these with the anticipation of using them in my office & traveling later this year. They barely lasted 4 hours with the volume on a lower level. I ended up returning these for those two reasons.

Posted .Hey Jessica, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of the earbuds, including the sound quality and ease of use. It's a shame that you had some discomfort when wearing the earbuds, along with short battery life.
Did you try out the different size ear tips? This plays a key role in making the earbuds as comfortable as possible.
Regarding the battery life, you should be able to get up to 6 hours. How did you charge them? It's important to only charge them using the power specifications required. We do not recommend using any fast chargers with these earbuds. Additionally, ensure that the latest firmware is installed by going to https://btu.bose.com on a computer. Sound Quality and Great Phone Capabilities

Close to an hour to charge and only gets through about 6.5 hours. Previously owned wireless Beats and for what they lacked in sound quality they made up for in length of charge. The Bose are worth the buy.

Great earphones

At first, I did not like the fact that I could hear other noise besides the music. I was expecting noise cancellation. It does not take away from the great sound from these headphones. The ability to hear environmental noise makes biking, running or waking much safer. Music is clear and sharp. Definitely a good purchase.
