And these kept coming up as a top pair. So when the went on sale, I bit the bullet and bought them. The sound on these were really great! Easy to use, easy to pair and easy to charge. But they just were super uncomfortable in my ears. I tired all the different ear tips, and within an hour or so, my ears were red with discomfort. Also, the battery life isn't that great. I bought these with the anticipation of using them in my office & traveling later this year. They barely lasted 4 hours with the volume on a lower level. I ended up returning these for those two reasons.

Posted .Hey Jessica, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of the earbuds, including the sound quality and ease of use. It's a shame that you had some discomfort when wearing the earbuds, along with short battery life.
Did you try out the different size ear tips? This plays a key role in making the earbuds as comfortable as possible.
Regarding the battery life, you should be able to get up to 6 hours. How did you charge them? It's important to only charge them using the power specifications required. We do not recommend using any fast chargers with these earbuds. Additionally, ensure that the latest firmware is installed by going to https://btu.bose.com on a computer. And this product definitely holds up to the reputation. I originally purchased Beats wireless which does have really good sound as well. My friend had these so I tried em out and was impressed with the sound and base. So if you're looking for overall everything quality of sound and base go with these

I've had the corded earphones for years, and wanted to update to Bluetooth. I wanted the option to put my Ipod in my pocket and not have the cord in the way while walking, biking and working outside. I also purchased the charging case so I could recharge them on the go.

I rarely used for music. Majority is answering business voicemail and listening to speeches and audio books. I would have given this Bose set a 4 star is because the beats did sound better music wise, however, for my needs of mostly voice audios these are perfect.

Still deciding on whether to keep them or return them. If they were on sale, they would be a great deal but paying full price for these even though they sound good I'm not sure since they are heavier and bulkier and some others out there
