Pleased with the sound quality, fit and ease of use. I'm a long-term Bose earbud user, and I'll say I had Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds or the equivalent for several years until I finally abused them into retirement (sweat, dropping, outdoor use). I purchased two pair of the new version of the Quiet Comfort and had trouble with them immediately, so I wasn't going to fight the battle. Returned them and went with this SoundSport Wireless model. I love them. Yes, there's a cord sitting on my neck, but it's no big deal. I don't really need noise-cancelling features, so these earbuds are perfect. I'll buy another pair when these tank and stop messing around with the buggy Quiet Comfort model

Bose is pretty much a standard in music quality, you can't go wrong with these headsets. Great performance throughout the frequency range, Bluetooth isn't spotty at all, battery lasts as advertised, and call quality is a lot better than competing products.

I bought these mostly for use in the gym, and they are excellent for this. Podcasts are clear and understandable, and music sounds as good as you think it should sound from a Bose product. The rubber-armored buttons on the controller/microphone are a little stiff to push, but this doesn't affect the usability. The ear bud design is very comfortable, yet keeps them securely in my ears when moving around/exercising. Note that these are not noise-cancelling, but I find that a plus because it allows me to be at least somewhat aware of my surroundings while using them. I got one of the early-generation units that eventually refused to turn on, even though fully charged. I contacted Bose through the customer support page on their web site. They promptly determined that it was under warrantee, and sent me a paid shipping label to return them. I promptly received a new unit that came with a fresh warrantee. No problems with the replacement. While there was a little inconvenience, Bose made it good as painlessly as possible.

These little ear buds are worth every penny! Roboust sound good bass amazing sound. Of course its Bose!

I bought these headphones when they first came out 3 years ago. I wanted something that was wireless but I wasn't super keen on headphones without some sort of cord. These headphones were easy to sync to the phone, especially with the bose app and the battery last for about the 6-8 hour time frame they are given. I would highly recommend purchasing the 50 dollar charging case as it provides 3 extra full charges whenever you need it and is a more substantial case than the one provided. I would also purchase the 2 year geek squad coverage. After almost two years with the first pair of headphones, the wireless started acting up. I went in to best buy to discuss the issue and they swapped out my headphones no questions asked. They gave me the price of the headphones for when I purchased it and because of a deal, I actually saved 30 dollars on the second pair! I would do it again.

Everything about these headphones are worth the price. The quality, the comfort, the sound, the battery life. I would absolutely buy this again if need be and would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Physically a little big but can wear comfortably and sounds good. If possible, would want it smaller.

Absolutely love this!! I like headphones that are connected to each other. I have been also having issues with headphones not fitting my ears well and I needed a sport headphones that fits really well and can be worn for a few hours (for workouts). Tried many headphones and returned them after poor fit or battery not charging at all, etc. Finally landed on this!! So so good! Fit is perfect. I tested it by shaking myself all around and these dont come off my ear easy at all. The sound quality is as good as the Bose standard is known to be (Bose is known for exceptional sound profile). And the app makes it easy to update (I already have the QC 35 and so I am now full-on Bose family). If you are looking for good sport headphones, this is the one to get!!

I wear these at the gym and while I ride my motorcycle and whether I'm running or doing 80mph they stay put and I can hear my music crystal clear. They link up easily with my cell phone and the battery lasts plenty long enough for what I need it for (usually no more than 4 hours).

Love these bluetooth headphones for running/hiking. I lost the small clip after the first use, I wish they offered extras to purchase. The cord is slightly weighted on the right side which is where the FF/RR/Pause button are located which causes the cord to slowly slip onto that side of your neck. I'm going to try putting something on the cord on the opposite side that is equal in weight to see if that prevents it from shifting around.

Great headphones to go running with! What I love is the rich sound they have and especially the bass

I use these with an iPhone, an iPad, and a Samsung TV. The sound quality is very good, and the earpieces stay in my ear well. I use the larger sized ear moldings, and they're comfortable for me, though your mileage may vary. These earphones can connect to multiple paired devices. You can briefly press the power button to cycle through devices, or you can use the Bose Connect app to selectively disconnect anything you don't want to use at the moment (no un-pairing required). The earphones have voice status that speaks the name of each device that connects, so you'll know right away how many paired devices you are connected to. The voice status also speaks the remaining battery percentage when you turn the earphones on. I'm not a heavy enough listener to say how long the batteries would last on one charge. Aside from power, the rest of the controls are on the cord between the earphones, and all the controls work well. I haven't used the earphones much for placing calls, though they do have a microphone and support phone calls,

Had been waiting for Bose to come out with wireless, great value and sound quality is 10x better than the beats! Also might even be a little lighter and very comfortable. Bose over Beats any day!
