I have had these for over two week now and must say that I am pleased with them, they sound great, have good battery life and they don't bother my ears, which other brands just seems to miss the mark on. The range of connectivity is nice for some one like me who works in a warehouse and I find myself walking away from my phone at times and still enjoying my music. Overall the headphones are well balanced in audio as you would expect from Bose and well balanced as a product in general, light weight yet sturdy construction just hang them around your neck and done.

I love everything about these Bluetooth earbuds! The app, the fit (that stays in your ears even while running), and sound quality are all incredible. I had purchased another brand that was a little less expensive, but quickly became frustrated with the fit (they fell out constantly if even tilted my head a little), and I would have to re-pair Bluetooth with every use. The Bose earbuds pair beautifully, even with multiple devices (iPhone and iPad), and doesn't interrupt the device you're currently using. For example, you're listening music on your phone, and you get messages on your iPad, you don't get the constant chime as messages come in. However, if you pause the music on your phone, the iPad seamlessly fads in, and you'll start begin hearing sounds on the other device. Very nice. And of course, it's Bose, so the sound is incredible. Deep bass and high treble without sounding tinny.

Great wireless ear buds! They sit pretty good in the ear, try out the different options available for your ear. The sound is AWESOME! It's very real! Great base! Very comfortable. The charge holds very good. Good for talking on the phone as well. People state they can hear me very well and no issues, unless there is lots of background noise.

This is my second pair of wireless earbuds and my second pair of Bose earbuds. If you've bought Bose earbuds before you'll know that the silicone ear piece is superbly comfortable. These fit just like my old pair. Whereas even the smallest Jay birds earbuds were extremely uncomfortable and kept falling out, a Bose size M fits perfectly and will stay put. However, after wearing them for a while (1 hour +) they do start to make my ears a little sore due to their considerable weight. This is the only reason I am taking off a star. Other reviewers have commented that the volume is not super loud for iPhones, and I find this to be true, but it goes loud enough for my personal taste. I find the battery life of Bose earphones to be far superior to that of the Jay Birds, and these also connect much more smoothly. I tend to alternate between these wireless earbuds (for shorter listening periods, cooking, cleaning, exercising, and in public where they will muffle background noise) and wired earbuds (for extended, sedentary listening). I have also experimented with my boyfriend's Beats wireless. I find those to be more comfortable for extended wear, but inferior in sound quality and overpriced. Overall, these are the best wireless earbuds I have tried. I do, however, look forward to the day they release a smaller, more lightweight model.

Would have given 5 stars if it were louder and noise didn't come through. I guess bcuz I have the QC25 maybe that's why I am judging too much. Pls note these are excellent headphones and the bass is amazing and mid range perfect. Sits in your ears comfortably and won't come out. I use the treadmill, bench press and other position you'd think will make it fall but it did not. I am very very satisfied with this product. Battery lasts the duration of my workout and more. It's just that I have to make sure I charge them b4 I go to the gym.

    Awesome Earbuds

When I first received the ear buds I was a bit skeptical about if they would stay in my ears. Well to my surprise, I had no problem with them staying in at all and they were very comfortable. I know Bose has top quality products from word of mouth and since this was my first time experiencing their earbuds, I was totally impressed! Since I travel to Indiana to visit my daughter and her family often, I was in need of some good quality earbuds. My daughter and I talk while I am driving there and I want to be able to use my phone hands free. The experience I've had with using other earbuds was not the best. They weren't crystal clear, at times you would hear yourself talking, or there would be some sort of static noise in the background. Once I used Bose earbuds I had no problems at all. I could not believe how clear things sounded. There was no static, they are easy to pair to my device, and I they have the best quality of sound. I really could tell the difference. At first, I had somewhat of a difficult time trying to turning them on and off. Once I got the hang of how they work there is nothing better. I highly recommend Bose ear buds and challenge those who have not tried them to do so. The sound quality truly makes a difference!!

Love these wireless earbuds. Sound is fabulous, especially the deep bass. Fit great and stay on whether I'm at the gym or doing the yard work. No problems with sweat either like other products I've tried. Sync easily every time and never any interruption. Battery is great too. You get what you pay for with Bose.

Pros: I really enjoy the sound of these headphones and the controls are easy to use. Really easy to connect to my phone. They fit in my ears well, with adjustable sizes. Cons: The clip that is meant to attach the headphones to your clothing (so they don't fall off of your neck if not in use) is easily removed which makes it easy to lose---not very useful. Without the clip, it makes it difficult to only have one of the ear buds in (i.e. if you want to listen to music in only one ear, while being able to hear freely from the other ear). The ear bud that is not in your ear naturally falls and pulls at the ear bud that is in the ear---this is a little uncomfortable and pretty hard to fix without the clip. Plus, without the clip, I'm really nervous I'm going to lose these headphones having them just wrapped around my neck (like I've done with other wireless headphones). This is my second Bose wireless headphones---my other ones are two years old, over the ear kind. The batteries on these don't last as long as my two year old ones. I use this them throughout the whole day and they need to be charged at least once every day. I think they do last 6 hours as advertised, I guess I was just surprised it was so much less than m,y older headphones (which can usually last 2 days).

We have 4 pairs of these. 1 for each member of the family. They give out really goid sound and alliw you to answer your calls then return to your music right after. The clip on the back is great to attach it to your shirt or jacket so that you dont loose them only bummer is the clip can come off of the chord itself and you can loose it. That is the only downside I have found. The sound is just incredible from these. The charge lasts me at least 6 hours if not more depending on how you are using them. They charge quickly. I just charge them at the end of the day so Im ready to go the next day. They come with different size ear buds and they are comfortable to wear. There is Large, medium and small depending on ear size. Just find the one that is best for you. It comes with its own case to hole the bud replacement pieces and the Bose Sport ear buds themselves. All around we truely enjoy these and will stay with Bose for a long time to come.

Was torn between the Beats wireless and the Bose Soundsport. Not an audiophile by any means, but deep and true sound quality matters. I opted for the Bose because they appeared to be a more comfortable fit and wear, particularly when running or exercising . This proved to be true. Amazing sound and incredibly comfortable. They stay firmly in your ear when running, and are sweat resistant- no slippage. Also bought a pair as a gift. Can’t go wrong with the product.

Bought them when they first came out. Sound is what you would expect from Bose, not audiophile quality, but very nice. No issues with battery life, charge them once a week for my needs is fine. Would give them a 5 star, but on very rare occasions at the gym, one ear bud would become loose while running. I recently bought the powerbeats 3 and the beats feels more secure, but to me the sound quality is slightly better with bose. If you're thinking about getting them, I'd say, don't think twice.

I purchased beats 3 and these on the same day. My plan was to return the one I didn't like. These won out hands down. The sound and comfort was superior to the beats. I thought the beats would at least have better lows, but they didn't have any better bass than these. I thought having an iPhone that the beats would at least have a better range and Bluetooth connection using apples propriatary chip, but alas they both tested about the same distance. I use mine for running, and I did 3 miles in both headphones and the boss felt much better. It was weird at first how they felt, I thought they were going to fall out constantly since they don't go "in" my ear like most buds do. But they held flawlessly. (The beats stayed too, but felt more uncomfortable on my ears) Needless to say, returned the beats and I rock the boss daily. I also purchased the charging case with the boss but turned out it was gimmicky. I returned it and just charge normally. Seems redundant to plug headphones into the case and then plug case in when I can easily just plugin headphones ;p

If you need good sound, water/sweat resistance, and don't mind isolation forcing you to remove an earbud to have a conversation, these are hard to beat. I tried the Jaybird Run True Wireless, they hurt within minutes and my ears were sore for hours. I could get the Jaybird to not sound tinny only if I pulled the top of my ear up and inserted them deeper like ear plugs. I tried the Sony WF 1000X and even after changing the settings for more reliable connection one of the ears would constantly drop out, so annoying. I tried AirPods and they have weak bass unless I hold them into my ear with my fingers. Bose QC20 and these SoundSport Wireless just fit my ear instantly and perfectly like Cinderella's slipper. The bass is deep and rich. The sound doesn't drop out. I don't find a lot of noise from the wire rubbing. The wire won't stay where I want it to without using the little clip, which is a bit annoying. The microphone on all the ones mentioned in this review is horrible if you use them in any sort of noise, the Bose is no exception. The Bose mic is great but it picks up EVERYTHING so if it's not quiet, people can hear me better if I switch to the iPhone. The AirPods are supposed to have beamforming microphones and eliminate background noise but they pick up my footsteps, wind noise, nearby air conditioners, etc, and in fact out of all of them I hated the AirPods the most because I couldn't sound good on them, ever. Mushy distant sounding. At this point I'm waiting for the Jabra Evolve 75e to see if there can possibly be a decent wireless headset with active noise cancelling along with a decent microphone for calls in noisy environments, without being in a huge over-the-head design.

I bought these to replace EarPods that just didn’t work for me at the gym as they’re too slippery. These are great. With a little twist into your ear they stay put and don’t fall out no matter which way you move or how much you bounce around. And they are comfortable. I also like the clip to attach them to my shirt for the times I don’t need them in my ears. I mostly use them to listen to audio books while in the gym, the sound is perfect. They have a long battery life and are easy to charge, and when turned on tell you how much battery remains. I also love the case with the clip which I keep attached to my gym bag. I also use these around the house to listen to an audio book while cleaning, no need to drag the iPhone around with me to listen.

These are probably one of the best sounding earphones out there! I use these pretty much only to work out with and use them 5-6 days a week. They will hold a charge for probably two days before I have to recharge them and I use them probably 2-3 hours each day. I've probably owned every kind wireless earphones out there including the beats powerbeats and jaybirds and they don't compare. They stay in my ears really well even when I play basketball.

I have tried multiple earbuds and wireless headphones but nothing compares to these. I enjoy using these much more than my AirPods because the seal they create in your ear is very comfortable and effective to deliver high quality, rich sound with deep bass that doesn't hurt your ears. And when using them during work, it's easy to take one earbud out and let the cord hang around your neck without having to worry about losing the headphones. They're also super reasonably priced for the quality. I have had one pair for over 3 years and I am only replacing them because the rubber on the buttons came off and I can't get it to go back on. The headphones work amazingly otherwise and can still be used...you just have to adjust the volume manually through your phone or smartwatch.

Not up to Bose manufacturing standards

I've been using Bose headphones for years, and could not be more disappointed with the build quality of these headphones. Let me first say that the sound is good, and the Bluetooth works well. But within a couple months of normal use (I take care of my devices), they have started to fall apart. The rubber volume buttons on the lanyard have come out of the plastic and no longer work. The middle button, where the rubber is still attached, also doesn't work somehow. On the earpieces, the rubber rings that go around the outside of each pod (where the antenna and batteries are, not the part that goes in your ear) are loose and look and feel cheap. The little door that covers the micro-USB port is impossible to put back in, and if you manage somehow, it pops out again at some point later. The conical rubber piece where the wire enters the earbud has come unglued on both sides, so it floats up and down the wires. And the small round disc on the side (where the Bose logo is) came off the left side. Let me stress again that I don't beat on this device, I don't use it in foul weather or during exercising, and it simply is failing, one piece at a time. Would not buy again.
