    Great Speaker But No Apple Music

    I Love this speaker, I love how BOSE lets you preset all of your stations, I love the fact it comes with a remote so you don't need your phone. The only problem is It don't support APPLE MUSIC, because of this I'm thinking about return this and getting the SONOs speaker. I hate to return the speaker but I use mostly use APPLE MUSIC more than any other streaming services

    Don’t waste your money or time unless you are buying one... the pairing is awful and sits in and out. I called nose and they said maybe we’ll fix it with an update but as of right now sorry. And if you are trying to watch a music video forget it be the sound is delayed horribly with the the actual video. It’s not noticeable in just listening to music Bc you have nothing to compare it to. I buy bose everything but this was the worst purchase at Best Buy yet.

    Great sound, online streaming simple

    As always, Bose pulls through with great sounding speakers. Set up takes a little tech knowledge but if you're patient & can follow directions, you'll be fine. Once you set it up to wifi the one-touch buttons can stream your favorite streaming stations without being linked to your phone. (Saves your phone's battery) Went back and got a second speaker and you can pair them together to use as a stereo pair or use them as individual speakers. You need to download the app from the App Store to set up.

    I'm 71. I'm not totally unfamiliar with today's technology. Nevertheless, this item comes with no (nada, zip) instructions on how to use it and pair it with other devices. The sound is everything you expect from Bose, and lots better than any tv or other device. The question is-- what do you need to do to make it work? I don't enjoy figuring it out. Not after I've paid 2 bills for it. .I want instructions in the box-- they even come with toasters. That's the reason for 3 stars, not 5.

    BOSE did not disappoint when they developed the sound touch system. I have purchased several for work and personal and they are fantastic! I can use them anywhere. On a WiFi network you can use them together or manage separately. I love the different sizes (and powers!) available, As with any BOSE product -- they are amazing! Highly recommended. My only suggestion: Add a battery so they can be truly wireless when needed (outside on a starry night anyone?!) Thanks BOSE! Great product!

    I've had Bose systems in the past and was looking for something neat and tidy for my office. The Bose sound quality never lets me down. I use this mostly for my iPod. The 6 presets are a nice feature. However, I do have trouble shutting the thing down, turning it back on. Seems to go through it's "thing" before I can actually select Aux for my iPod. But that could be because I'm not understanding the specifics - instructions that were included with the speaker left a lot to be desired.

    Returned for Sono’s

    I bought two sound touch 10’s and a sound touch 20. No matter how much we tried they would not stay on all at once. The music would fade in and out from speaker to speaker. No matter whether we were using wifi or bluetooth. After speaking with best buy techs I decided to return them and replace them with Sono’s. Two 1’s and a play 3. Instant pairing and they all play in sync. Sorry Bose. I really wanted my listening experience to come from you.

    Bose did it right with this product. Purchased one and will be purchasing another to add all around the house along with the Bose ST 120. This family of products works excellent together. No more music being interrupted by phone calls or texts. This particular Bose ST 10 sounds amazing for it's size. No need for it to have batteries at this is meant to stay in place in a room in you home. Thanks Bose and thank you Best Buy for ease of purchase (in stock pick-up)

    I have all Bose products. I have the Sound Touch 10 and I have the 30. My neighbor also same set up. Purchased at the same time. I have the wireless Earbuds I have noise canceling Headphones. Also a bluetooth speaker. I'm a musician so I have music around as much as I can. All the Bose products have always been dependable and deliver true sound, Thank You Best Buy for having the sull product line available.

    The Bose Soundtouch 10 is part of the Soundtouch series that has several advantages over basic bluetooth speakers. It has the Bluetooth and Aux audio connection capability and very good sound quality. The element that I have appreciated more is the wifi connection capability paired with the Soundtouch app on your phone. You can set up 6 presets across a variety of streaming sources. You can also add other speakers that can be controlled thru the same app.

    It is a good sounding speaker for a small room, office or kitchen. Feel like the soundtouch mini sounds better but I do like the fact that the one touch 10 can connect straight to music services without using a phone or any other device(after set up of course). I also like that I can add one touch speakers to each room and link them together. Only improvement would be a wider selection of music services but with the built-in Bluetooth that can be worked around with a phone or tablet connected through Bluetooth

    We wanted to extend the sound from our larger Bose system in the living room to the kitchen area. That way we could walk into the other room without missing anything or having to turn the main system louder. It worked. I have had some times when I've taken it with me to use with my laptop for presentations. That has not worked well for me because I am not quick to set it up with new WiFi while it still remembers the home setup. I think that is my ignorance not a design defect. I like the speaker.

    For a long time I have appreciated the craftmanship of Bose products. This blue-tooth speaker is superb. The sounds are rich yet smooth and it simply took my breath away. All the controls are perfectly assembled and arranged for ease of use with or without the remote control. Again thanks Bose for being a leader in this field.

    We had just moved into a new house and my wife wanted the living room to be more of a sitting area(No TV in the room) but still wanted to listen to music. We have a couple of the cordless speakers but she wanted something with better sound quality. I did lots of research on various options. Took a look at this Bose unit and had her listen at the store. She's only used it for streaming so we haven't had the opportunity to look into some of the other options and not sure if we ever will.

    It is a great speaker but not perfect. It has a sound unequal to anything I seen and hear in that same category. However, is not perfect because it needs to be plugged in to the electrical outlet. Future models should have the option to either go with the electrical outlet option, as a continuous source of power, or to have an internal battery in order to take it outside to the beach or for your daily workout. If no electricity, no sound at all!!!

    It's not a radio or a Bluetooth speaker. It's more than both. It allows pre-programmed stations from Pandora, iHeart Radio and other online sources. It also allows for streaming of music from devices in your home like your phone or computer. The sound is Very good. No matter where it is placed in the room, the sound seems to project like it was pointed your direction. Easy to program and extremely easy to use. It can be operated from your device, the remote or from your phone. Well worth it.

    the speaker sounds amazing! its Bose so it stands by its name. the access to using the speaker makes it so easy with the remote control. However, the APP it requires you to download for use is not so great. the APP freezes and sometimes cannot "find/locate the speaker" even though its already playing. if it wasn't for the remote or buttons on speaker, i wouldn't be able to turn it on/off when the app doesn't respond. I hope Bose can fix their app issues.

    I liked the first one so much that I bought a second one for our living room. Each one streams from I-tunes on my computer which is on 24/7 so not having a streaming source is not a problem. We can select a playlist by simply touching 1 button. We can use their app to have the same music throughout the house or listen separately. Bose did this one right.

    Bought this speaker from Best Buy Oct 2016 to hook to our samsung flat screen that my father blew the speaker out of, was not wanting sound bar just a small speaker. This speaker is great, great sound, sits next to the tv, taking up very little space, but I am giving this speaker 3 stars because the battery only last us about 1 and a half to maybe 2 weeks and we have to install a new one but of course we are using it every day but would expect more from a bose product

    Didn't realize that this isn't portable

    So when it said wireless I assumed the speakers were portable. That may be a fault in my part, I don't know. By the time my mom received her gift and realized these are not portable it already the 15th day after purchase (wow Best Buy, you have an abysmal return policy). The sound is alright. Not pleased with the purchase and not pleased with Best Buy's horrible return policy. Luckily there are plenty of other retailers with much better policies for future purchases.
