    I really liked the sound quality onky issue is sometimes app having issue finding speaker. And you can not adjust the equilizer

    Bought this speaker for my living room and it is awesome. Sound quality is through the roof. I would recommend that you adjust the bass to the way you like it - factory setting was way too bassy.

    Mono Sound

    I have owned several Bose products & love their sound but the SoundTouch 10 has terrible sound, very mono & no highs or fidelity. I had it connected to my iPhone X via Bluetooth & when adjusting the volume the audio would drop out but if I used the Bose app it did not happen. My Amazon Echo actually had better sound minus the bass. I ended up returning the SoundTouch 10 & purchased a different Bluetooth speaker.

    Bose too bass and internet connection not stable

    Nice speaker, but the internet presets take a long time to connect, and its easy to over write a presset by holding a button too long. This frustrated my wife. Also, the internet connection was not stable and was lost, though the wifi router was very strong? The sound is also to bass, even with adjusting the controls, and the highs not so clear. Also could not connect a second speaker to use as stereo set, yet, might be in future.

    The SoundTouch App is beyond awful!

    This system not only pales in comparison to Sonos, the App has serious glitches when used on you phone or IPad. But if you install the App on your computer (which is required to get your ITunes music in) you will seriously screw up your computer. My scanner couldn't work, other programs started glitching. On my phone when I was trying to adjust the volume it would adjust itself and it wouldn't respond to me. It started going up and up and up. I read many complaints of it online.
