This sound system was on sale for a bit and recommended by Best Buy tech. We bought another brand and less expansive one at the same time. the Bose system is far superior and so glad I bought it.

I tested the Bose Lifestyle and Soundtouch 130 systems in the Bose store prior to my purchase and the sound quality on the Soundtouch 130 provides a richer sound. The Lifestyle system with five speakers and sub were lacking in the mid-range for sound quality (voices sounded like they were boxed or canned), but the Soundtouch 130 delivers smooth premier sound across the highs, lows, and mids...PERFECT for any man cave! OUTSTANDING!

Love my new Bose® - SoundTouch® 130 Home Theater System. It makes you feel like you are sitting in the middle of all of the action. I loved the easy setup, and the laser system that automatically programs for your room configuration.

I was replacing my receiver and my speaker system. Great sound and the app to download on your smart phone works well after a little bit of tinkering with. Looking forward to adding additional speakers to other rooms in my house.

I was hesitant to purchase this system because the price point is high. I'm glad I did, the sound is remarkable for a sound-bar system. Still having some issues with the Samsung 4k UHDTV and the type of interface they have for connection. I have to use 2 points of connection as oppose to the one HDMI cable as recommended. This appears to be a problem when you try to stream a 4K movie. It has to go through the blue-ray player, therefore we are not receiving 4K. Hopefully Bose can resolve this when I contact them.

I love my Bose system. First time buyer of Bose and I love the sound system. I think the technology behind the sound bar is amazing. I am a believer now.

This system is in a room that we converted from a garage to a tv and game room. The sound is execellent and watching movies is a blast with the kids.

This unit brought pleasure to our ears. Once we connected it every instrument/ even a pin dropped could be heard. One of the greatest pleasures, well Its BOSE!! What is disappointment?

Real clear vocals, deep bass, and it makes you feel like true surround sound. I was initially going to purchase a Bose 5.1 system but I was hesitant on having wires every where or drilling into the walls to hide wiring. I made a great choice with this unit. The Universal remote is the best I have used. I purchased 3 Samsung sound bars because I have a Samsung TV thinking everything would work in harmony, I could never get everything to work 100% BUT this Bose unit works PERFECT!

For a single speaker and subwoofer set up this system is 100% worth price. Currently utilizing in a more formal family room where surround speakers are not feasible and it works fantastic. Excellent for movies and even better for listening to music via the sound touch app which is good as well. Listened to many sound bars and finally decided to spend the extra money and it was a good decision overall.

This system is great for both movies and music. It is hard to believe that this type of performance can be generated from a sound bar and bass speaker alone.

This system has awesome sound quality. It will make it seem like you're hearing a sound coming from behind you no matter where the speaker is placed.

The best sound heard from a soundbar. You would think you have speakers around your whole living room, but it all comes from the soundbar.

The moment I listened to the in store demo of the SoundTouch 130 I realized there was finally something I can take home and replace an older Bose 5.1 home theatre speaker system. Very easy to install and setup, took no longer than 45 minutes. Sounds amazing especially when watching latest Mission:Impossib l and the likes. Also very good when streaming online. Way better than the old system and there are no more speakers hanging off the wall. Wish I had done this earlier. Very happy with the purchase

This Bose Home theater system sounds amazing and it's nice to get radio stations from different countries when connected to the Wi-Fi. But, the issue is the fact that the Bluetooth on it does not work completely. Most of the time, I have to clear out & re-setup the saved devices which is not worth the hassle. If your primary use for this system is for the wireless Bluetooth, then I would not recommend.

The Bose Sound Touch 130 is expensive but worth the money. If you're looking for a minimalist footprint sound solution for your home entertainment system the Bose 130 delivers crisp, quality, immersive sound for both music and movies. The Acoustimass base will not blow you away like the 15" Klipch subwoofer I have as part of my full blown 7.1 home theatre system setup in my basement, but it does produce a very good tight yet smooth bass that will shake the room for those low music notes and movie explosions. Perhaps even more impressive than the sound and sleek design is the SoundTouch package that allows you to integrate the system wirelessly throughout your home to include your PC network. The Bose 130 ranks among the top electronic products I've ever purchased in my lifetime. I'm 57-years-old and love me some quality electronics!
