Full, rich sound from attractive sound bar, subwoofer and control unit. Quite easy to set up and use and requires no speaker wiring. Surround sound effect not quite as comprehensive as 7.1 unit it replaced, but more than made up for by ease of use.

Over the past three years I have purchased nothing but Bose Sound Systems. I've bought everything from $100 speaker to a $1500 Soundsystem. I don't have any complaints on any of them and have had nothing but great luck with them. The sound quality is always exceptional! I live in a three-bedroom house and can hear my Bose Soundtouch 130, with clarity, throughout my entire home as well as in my backyard. I looked at many soundbar systems for my recent purchase of the Samsung 55 LED 2160p Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range. I wanted to get the best sound for this awesome TV. I looked up the ratings on Consumers Reports website. I went to Best Buy 4 times to listen to all the demos they had. I had a wired surround sound Bose system with an Onkyo receiver and loved it. I didn't want to be downgraded since I was so spoiled. But I wanted a wireless and simple setup because I was tired of the 100 ft wires running around the living room. I ended up purchasing this home theater system and I'm so glad I did. It came with the ADAPTiQ headset which you use to get the surround sound around your living room. I love this system and I am so happy I stuck with Bose

Great system but I really wanted the better lifestyle system but the store did not have it in Stock, plus it was another $2,000. Overall very pleased with the soundbar but do miss the full surround sound you get with rear speakers

After weeks of reviewing and reading multiple blogs ,reviews , videos and live demos. I was sold that this is what I needed. All works great , yeah the price is high but the sound is Rich and clear

The Bose sound touch 130 is a beast. The sound clarity is awesome. After using Bose I could understand how different the sounds - however brittle or how ever loud is so clear and crisp. It feels real and genuine as if it is happening right in front of us. With immersive audio feel, i bet you will never get any speakers close to this. I regret spending 600 $ and keeping the best speakers last year but after hearing from this there is no going back . One time investment for life. !! Thank you Bose. you made my life better.

Our Bose Lifestyle Home Theater started to fail after almost 10 years of use so we wanted to replace it with something that had less speakers (and wires!) but still get the same quality of sound. We also like the ability to plug everything into "one brain" as we have other components like an xbox, apple tv, etc. I couldn't get the Bose universal remote to program to all the components but I prefer the Logitech Harmony remote anyway because it's much easier to program. Sound from the 2.1 system is pretty dang good. The wireless subwoofer did cut out and lose signal but moving it to the other side of the entertainment console has fixed that problem 100%!

We absolutely love our soundbar! We were looking at the cheeper priced ones but fell in love with this one when we heard it compared to the others. There was no comparison! It is well worth the extra expense! It was pretty easy to set up if you follow the directions, but don't expect your technically challenged parents/grandparents to be able to set it up lol! I remember having some issues(comprehension on my end) setting up the bluetooth sync but called tech support & the gentleman guided me in the right direction over the phone in no time & it was done. You won't be sorry with this purchase!

I purchased two other sound bar systems previous to this one. Needless to say neither were anywhere near as good as this one. True surround sound in a small package.

The sound is just as advertised and is perfect for our small family room. There are a couple of things that I don't like: 1) the Bluetooth connection for a phone cuts out often so we stopped connecting our phone to listen to pandora and now just connect to pandora via our BluRay player. 2) the infrared signal required to change between appliances is very limited. We had to buy and infrared signal relay so that we could close the cabinet doors that houses the unit. The cabinets have a see through metal mesh which all of our other electronics had no trouble "seeing through" in order to use the remote controls.
