Easy setup, easy pairing, unbelievable sound. Maybe a tad pricey for some, but well worth it.

Excellent radio and wifi capabilities are strong. The sound value is is very good. The system has good speaker that are very loud you would believe. It is a beautiful radio.

I struggled a bit with paying this much for a Wifi speaker, but the sound is what sold me. It sounds great in my home. It pairs easily, quickly, streams well from Bluetooth and via Wifi . I am glad I chose Bose. Note: I had some issues with pairing with the unit in the store - and NONE on my unit at home. All my devices work. Perhaps the store unit was flaky or needed software update. LOVE This speaker !

This unit just Sound out excellent lows and highs. Everyone is always amazed that the sound is coming from this unit. It is truly remarkable and well worth the cost. Audio quality is great, and operating design is with remote control simple, plus Bose has Sound Touch software available for download on your PC or Mac to allow local network control the unit for more functionality. No surprise here this is a great system but then BOSE products usually don't let me down. I wish I had bought the 30 series but this one will do nicely for now! I would've bought the 30 but it didn't seem $140.00 better so I went with the 20. Buy this if you are looking for more quality sound.

I bought a sonos 5 and when I got home I realized that it's only a wireless speaker without Bluetooth capabilities! Secondly, it wasn't compatible with my windows phone and so I decided to return it and spend more and get something that's both wireless but with also Bluetooth capabilities and supports the windows phone. I also didn't have to download any apps! It works great and the bass just amplifies everything in my music!!!

I was looking for small speaker but not too small and something with some power. The Bose Sound Touch 20 delivered a clear powerful sound with a serious bass.

Bought it for a gift . It was a great system. Easy to hook up to smartphone. Sounds very clear.

I had a Bose Wave radio and CD player which was old so I replaced it with the Soundtouch 20. I am delighted with this product and extremely satisfied with the customer support at Bose.

The SoundTouch 20 Series III Wireless Music System provides ample sound for a large living area. I have a total of 5 Soundtouch devices throughout my house! I was glad to get this one on sale! The only downside to the Soundtouch system is when the speakers don't sync properly. But some of the recent updates have made this a better experience.

I have an old iPod 30 pin classic that does not have bluetooth capability. It holds my entire audio library & works like new. My old Bose SoundDock finally quit working and so began my search for a good speaker to replace it - one that sounded great and would accept an aux connection from my iPod (because nothing does 30 pin anymore)! I'm not disappointed at all in the Bose SoundTouch 20 series III. It's awesome.
