Could not believe the sound quality from this size of speaker. I love the option of being able to present some stations to the 6 preset options so I don't have to use my phone to start music. I do wish it had a sleep time function, but, in evenings, I can set it to Bluetooth, play Pandora through my phone and set the sleep timer I'm the Pandora app

Absolutely love the sound touch series. This is the second sound touch 20 we own along with a sound touch 10. They pair together as one for different situations such as entertaining guests on a nice summer evening in the yard. Coupled with the SoundTouch app it is perfect harmony.

Pricey, a little cumbersome to set up, sometimes a little too much base, but overall a great wifi speaker with ample portability within range of initial setup.

Researched speakers and had narrowed it down to Bose or Sonos. Went to Best Buy to hear the sound. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable associate who showed me the different models they had. After listening to the sound and deciding what feature I needed, I chose Bose SoundTouch 20! I do not regret my purchase!

I originally purchased one of these for my parents who are smartphone and computer illiterate. The setup took 25 mins at max. and was straight forward. The preset buttons and remote let them play music with ease. I have since purchased this speaker for my home and love it. I have Spotify and it works great with it.

We purchased the wireless home entertainment system. The additional Sound Touch speakers carry your favorite audio beyond theTV room. There is little reason to implant an expensive speaker system any longer, one that will certainly outdated.

I was going to purchase the 30 series but my Best Buy didn't have it and I wanted to hear it before I bought it. The 30 series (they had one on display) only seemed louder but the quality didn't seem to change and I wanted quality over loudness so I went with the 20. This is a nice speaker but I wish I could find an even better one. ___I am happy though with it though until I hear a better one. If anyone knows of a better one I want to hear about it!

First off, I love Bose products. I equate the sound of the SoundTouch 20 to that of my SoundLink Mini only with the ability to adequately fill a small room with sound. Would have preferred the SoundTouch 30, but plan to purchase additional units for other rooms (Think Sonos). I have the 20 wirelessly connected to my SoundTouch 300 home theater system. No issues connecting, although required a firmware update to do so.

Very good sound, ideal for not to large rooms, little pricey.
