Bought this for my teenage son and he just loves it!! Was an upgrade from the much smaller bose bluetooth speaker we bought a few years ago!!

Love this product. We bought another SoundTouch speaker for another room and they connect seamlessly. The sound is incredible.

Kept waiting to find a great sound, ease of use & trusted name to move into wireless home sound. Now looking to buy the same for upstairs.

Awesome sound, clear highs and solid base from such a small shelf speaker. The only complaint is that I would have liked to be able to pair two of these for stereo, but this model won't pair in that manner. But it is an excellent stand-alone, wifi / Bluetooth speaker. It connects and plays my Sirius XM radio clear and crisp.

I put the Bose in the kitchen so now the house sounds great bedroom basement kitchen and office the house has great sounds

Has amazing sound and it's not too big, easily portable.

The SoundTouch 20 Series III speaker is easy to use, simple to connect to my SoundTouch 300 sound bar. Pricewise, it's still on the expensive side, and for that reason I had to return the product. The only negative about this speaker is that it only works with WiFi, Bluetooth OR connects ONLY with the SoundTouch 300 sound bar.

One of the best in terms of the sound quality. Connection really fast. As well as well as the Bose APP that allows you to stream various audio channels. Sound quality is the best. Deep throathed bass and crystal clear tweets and high frequency notes.

So the speaker sound in my opinion is a 10/10 but if you have a 5Ghz AND a 2.4 Ghz (i think is the frequency) network the speaker has issues connecting to it and you have to make sure that both your phone and the speaker are connected to the same network. You can't use your iPhones music gallery unless you use the bluetooth option and keep your device close to the speaker so that's a con. Overall good product though. Definitely would recommend it

this speaker has outstanding sound quality, however it is not portable ( no battery) and can interact with Alexa but Alexa is not built in as sales person told us. returned unit

Setup was a very simple as there is an app that controls the various features. Downloaded the app on my iPhone/ipad. Wifi and bluetooth work flawlessly as does the downloaded app for my Mac. Great sound comes from this little unit. Just love this

I tried not to buy this! Started with an Amazon Echo (which we love), but while the Echo is amazing, the sound quality is just okay. Decided to move the Echo to another room and get an Echo Dot to pair to a speaker. Tried speakers I have around the house (2 Bose Soundlink), but it still wasn't exactly what I wanted. Tried a Beats speaker...nope. Finally broke down and bought this and have not regretted it. Awesome for streaming online stations - integrates well with the Dot when needed - easy connection to my iPhone via bluetooth when I want iPhone content. My wife and I are listening to music, iHeart radio or podcasts all the time. I liked it so much that I bought a Soundtouch 10 for another room and plan to get yet another for the 'other end' of the house. The "Play Everywhere" is so easy and intuitive and you get whole house sych'd play or the individual rooms can have their own content. Pricey? Yes. Sound quality awesome? Nah - it's good, but not awesome. Worth the price? Yes, I think so. It's so well made and so versatile that I consider it worth every penny.

We had a little trouble getting used to the app, and how to use the devices independently when you have more than one. The good news is that we have a teenager who fixed it all up for us!

The sound is incredible and the bass is strong and clear. There is nothing simpler in the world of in home music than pressing the one touch preset and having your music playing instantly. This unit just pumps out excellent lows and highs. It is truly remarkable and well worth the cost.
