Nice size and easy to use. Even though it is a BOSE, the sound is very good, but not fantastic.

Easy to setup with Amazon echo. When I turn it on and ask for music via the echo the response comes out of the Bose system. For a medium room it fills it with music. It never dropped the pairing with the echo so far. We also have a Sonos but I prefer the Bose.

Just moved, we had whole house built in wall system radio cd. Would not be affordable to do that at new place. Did some research, and this is even better. A couple minutes for it to update and set up with app on all devices. Don't know how we lived without it before.

I bought this so that I could get better sound from my TV. I have the speaker on my nightstand. It delivers great dialogue clarity, something that the alexia was unable to do. I am very happy as it enhances my television. It works just as promised.

This is second one I've purchased. First one was borrowed by my son as it sounded so good. He went out and bought me a new one when he decided to keep it. Liked the easy set up, especially for bluetooth. Makes it easy to set up my wife's phone with her music so she can listen to it as well.

I needed a wireless speaker for my work out room. I tried other speakers and even bought the SoundTouch 10and sound was very good. Then I went to Best Buy and showed me the 20 and WOW what a difference. Best speaker worth the price. AWSOME sound.

In addition to being a great WiFi speaker, it's great at announcing Smartthings actions in my home automation. Any thing Smartthings can do can be announced. Additionally announcements can be made based on the time of the day or at sunrise or sunset. It was easy to setup in Smartthings. The announcements can be predefined sounds or spoken in a pleasant female voice from a script you type in.

I was not able to just sign in from all devices like I wanted. it was probably me, but I did get frustrated. I had the Soundlink previous and it was so easy to use - however it stopped. I ended up returning this item, and I want to say Best Buy customer service was very good. thanks.

I bought this Bose speaker to use with my computer instead of buying traditional computer speakers. I love it and makes everything more fun on the computer. I decided to connect with the aux stereo port as there was lag trying to Bluetooth to it while watching movies.

I got it for the living room in white. It discretely is sitting on a table there and it sounds great and looks great. I use it with both Amazon, Pandora and my music. it works great and the sound does fill the room though it does not have as good a bass as regular floor speakers.

Coming down from New Hope, stopped in at the Langhorne Best Buy and sampled the Bose Soundtouches in store. Settled on the 20. Gifted it to my wife, and she loves it. The sound fills the living room perfectly. She plays off her iPad and phone, the kids play off presets to internet radio. I'll do the same and also plug in the random legacy device. Weened us off our old CD player. Buenos tardes, mi amigo.

I like that's it's small cause we can move it outside or indoors. The sound is great.

This Bose system is great! I use all 6 presets for my various playlist on Amazon Prime and Iheart Radio and other local radio stations near me. The sound is amazing, so much that I have since purchased the Soundtouch 30 for another room.

Bought this as a gift. But liked it so much bought another for my use. As usual Bose perfection.

Purchased this for my son for Christmas. He was always using my wife's Bose Mini Sound Bar. This gives him 6 presets and also allows to use it as his gaming sound output if he so decides. I've listened personally to other brands, but in my opinion fail in comparison

Easy set up and has great sound! Price is a bit high but it's a Bose.

This is the fifth wireless room speaker and all are excellent values. They coordinate well and separate well. The app controller is superb for controlling both musical choices and volume, an advantage over UUBoom. Will continue to populate room by room.

This speaker has been fantastic. Great sound and I love the Wi-Fi functionality so the speaker doesn't stop playing when I get a phone call (like Bluetooth speakers). Works with Spotify. Sounds fantastic. Huge upgrade from our Bose Soundlink III.
