I purchased Sound Touch Series II in Nov-15, but Apple Play / Wi-Fi functionality died immediately after Bose Warranty expired in Nov-16. Best Buy Geek Squad tried repairing it, but it didn't work. Finally Geek Squad agreed to exchange that, but since this model was no longer in stock, they refunded me the amount which is very less then the amount I paid. Best Buy told me that they refund amount based on the current market value of the product. (surprise to me, I'll never buy Geek Squad Plan again). I had to spend additional $250 to buy a new Series III speaker (because I like the sound quality of Bose). I am not happy with: 1. Quality of the speaker from a premium / expensive company like Bose. Speaker died in less than 13 months. Are they expecting us to buy speakers every year? 2. Best Buy Geek Squad Plan - It's just a waste of money because if the model is outdated, they will refund you very less money with which you can't even afford a low quality system available in market.
