Only one flaw, otherwise perfect

I have to reprogram once a day. Tried calling Customer Service and all they told me was to switch the Wifi antenna to reduce interferences. Guess what? Did not work. Hence here I am, still debating whether I will return it. Yet whenever I turn it in and listen to the sound I waiver in my conviction. Will probably decide this weekend.

Changing the router channel is a good step but there are many other variables that we can take into consideration. Thank you, phenomenal is a word we would also use to describe the sound. The SoundTouch 30 III not only connects to your Bluetooth device, it also connects to your router via WiFi. The Bose SoundTouch app also allows you to stream your music from most of the popular music services as well as local sources and radio stations from around the world. You may even connect via a cable if you simply want better sound from your TV.
