Thought I'd venture beyond Sonos. I purchased one, returned it and got another. BOTH had the same issue where I plugged the speaker in (tested the outlet to ensure it wasn't an issue) and the speaker was unresponsive. Bose support was laughable. Third time got a Sonos PLAY 3. Great product. I do appreciate the Best Buy return policy. Saved me here with this horrible product.

for the price I was looking for a better sound from the Bose speaker not what I expected.

I wanted a small wireless speaker system for my den. This Bose Soundtouch Wireless speaker is PERFECT!! It has a BIG sound without being bulky. Everything from start to finish was easy to install. I'm incredibly pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small but robust high quality sound speaker.

After reading my review and you are still not convinced, go to Best Buy and crank up the volume for yourself. This Bose SoundTouch 30 Series III wireless music system delivers on every aspect of a dynamic sound system. The sound coming out of this box is beyond belief. You can hear every note and instrument that you would ordinarily miss in other sound systems. If you want thump as well as sound quality, this is it, look no further .Before I wrap this portion up, let me reiterate, the sound is beyond belief. Let talk about something other systems do not possess, six preset station buttons that you can set to anything your heart desire. You can preset stations such as Pandora, Spotify, IHeart , SeriusXM, generate a Playlist, and of course your own music library. This Bose Soundtouch can be operated for your IOS or Android phone, your computer, laptop, and manually, just by pushing one of siix presets. For me, this Bose SoundTouch 15 Series III has one drawback, I wish it came with Lithium batteries. I love to use it outside when I am quilting. It would be nice to just pick it up and go, but because it is plugged in, that is not possible. Considering, what it does have, the positives most certainly, out weight any negatives it possess. It is a most excellent sound system.

I was searching for an home audio system but wanted to have an all in one [not the speakers and woofer separately] - and this perfectly suits my needs. The sound quality had surpassed my expectations - its has clarity that I have never heard before paired up with a really deep base. Does not distort even on full volume. Extremely happy with this product ! Definitely would recommend as a perfect home audio system.

Bose hit this one out of the park. The sound is brilliant-absolutely brilliant.I had the previous series but returned it and bought this one. Glad I did.

Excellent product. I bought it in 2018 and I still have it to date.

The speaker has very good sound and a quality build. Too bad it has a huge flaw in that it does not have easy access to iTunes and other good music services via their iOS app. Thousands of Bose users have asked for this feature (see their own site), and still Bose refuses to budge. I'd hold off buying until this flaw is addressed.

The Bose soundtouch 30 will not disappoint. I compared side-by-side with the Sonos play five and by far the bass and mid range were superior on the Bose. To Bose unit also offers presets which are very handy and a remote control. One drawback is you cannot use airplay what generation 3 of the soundtouch 30 - kind of a drag in that you have to use Bluetooth to play iTunes songs on you idevice. Because of removing airplay, I give the unit four stars instead of five

This is a great product. I mainly use it for streaming music from Spotify. It sounds great!! It is comparable to Sonos. I highly recommend this item to everyone.

You could hear the crisp sound anywhere in your home. I recommend this product to anyone. Great purchase!

The device and all the features are just amazing and when you add multiple devices it just gets better. Easy whole house music which includes integration with the Bose soundbar. I'll be adding another one soon in the kitchen to rock to while I cook!

We splurged and purchased this speaker because of the fantastic sound quality. Previously we'd had a Bose SoundLink. The problem with the SoundTouch 30 is that you have to run it from the SoundTouch 30 app. This app allows you to play your stations but does not allow you to shuffle individual stations. I get easily bored listening to the same genre of music and one of my favorite Pandora features is that you can shuffle specific stations according to your mood. You can shuffle ALL of your stations from the app but I have such a variety of stations programmed from Kids music, holiday music, workout stations, rap, 80's rock, easy listening, country music (the list goes on) Shuffling all stations just wouldn't work for me. The fact that I can't pick individual stations makes me want to pack the SoundTouch 30 back into its box and go back to the SoundLink. It seems like it should be an easy fix for Bose to add that feature to their app yet when I've spoken with customer representatives it doesn't appear that they are planning any changes. So disappointing.
