I like the clarity of sound. This is the third time I buy Bose headphones, and have always covered my expectation. It is also very practical to take with you on a trip either by plane or bus. Also it is very helpful to listen music before going to sleep. Highly recommend them.

Bought these headphones mainly for my wife to listen to TV and turn off the speakers and not disturb others in the house. They're expensive for this purpose, but they're excellent and we'll get our money's worth out of them over time. They block out other noise so well that she can't hear me calling her unless I stand in front of the TV and block her view! I did try them out for music and they're excellent and very comfortable. Their volume control is NOT for controlling the sound coming thru the wires, but for directly controlling the volume output of certain compatible devices.

I did a lot of research on these headphones before settling on them. 5 Stars is for the price of $100. I don't believe i would have payed the original $180. I believe these maybe the most comfortable headphones on the market. You will be hard pressed to find something so lightweight. This is what almost every review i cross checked agrees on. in other words the comfort is UNDENIABLE Ok BASS ! everyone is moaning and groaning about bass or lack thereof, let me put this into context. The bass response is clear and beautiful. It is deep on only some songs and it adds depth to them it is not just over the top bass. So if your a bass fanatic, steer clear and buy some subwoofers. Can i say rock music sounds fantastic on these headphones, wow... I recommend listening to: Everybody loves me - One republic. On another system - car speakers, home speaker, other headphones and then listen to it on these headphones. The difference is astonishing. The drums sound like i am in the studio next to drummer himself. The sound is so pristine that i usually maintain the volume 3-4 deviations under the max volume. I never ever put max when i am jamming. its unnecessary. Some songs are much higher/lower than other and therefore require adjusting but that is usually not the case. And even on the lower set songs i don't need to max out. I notice that the closer you get to max the cleaner the sound - instead of distortion you get more clarity which is impressive. So think about that, i NEVER put it at max, to put this into context - i have a $100 pair of seinheisser In ear momentum 2 (ear buds) and i find myself at max often.

Purchased these headphones on sale for my son and they have been great. Only used for music (no phone calls), they are extremely lightweight and comfortable. They cancel out noise enough that listening to music on an airplane is enjoyable, but not too much that he can't hear me call his name! Compared to other headphone prices, these were well priced with the name to back up the quality. I hope they last for years to come.

Great headphones. Great sound with good outside nose reduction. The mic works good without issues. Also, they are lightweight which makes a comfortable fit. My 15 year old loves them.

I travel a lot for work and these are fantastic on a plane. They are light and the sound quality as fantastic.

The headphones are just perfect. They fit well and can be worn for an extended period of time without becoming uncomfortable. The only complaint I have and it's minor is the cord is very thin and seems a bit too long but that does not effect its use. Must have product especially for the price

Sound really is true, very clear and full of spectrum. Although bass is not heavy - great for pop/classical/alternative, not so great for rock/electro/etc. The ear cover is very soft and comfortable, I can even wear it to sleep. Though my hair always stuck in the gap when I remove the headphone which is very annoying. I would recommend QC25, though - noise cancellation is very impressive. But for the price I am very happy with the purchase.

Bought these for the gf and ahe loves them, lightweight and good sound. I think they feel a little cheap but she likes them and that's all that matters.

Our family has probably purchased 4-5 of these now. Great features, comfortable, and sound great. The best headphones I've ever owned.

I love my headphones, the only reason that I didn't give 5 stars, is because I think, it needs a little more bass in the sound, buy in general, is a very good product.

Very happy with these headphones, they cut out all external noise, sound quality is excellent, and very comfortable.

I use ATH M50x pretty much all through out the day, mind you, excellent earphones and I would swear by them and defend them every single day against much pricier and better headphones to death. However, the Bose SoundTrue earphones were a revelation, since the sound quality is almost on par and crucially, I could wear them all day long since they're much lighter than my current pair of over ears. The highs and mids are much crisper, but the lows are not as good as the M50x. All this being said, I bought this for almost half the price, which made it pretty compelling compared to my present set of headphones and ended up gifting it to my girlfriend. I still use it from time to time, and I'm just as amazed as the first time I tried them on for a day, great product overall!

Gave these as a gift and they are great. Comfortable, stylish and the Bose sound quality you expect.
