Sound quality is great—just what you’d expect from Bose. They pair easily with both my computer and phone. Super comfortable too; I can wear them all day and barely notice them. Battery lasts a long time. The only minor issue is that some people say it’s a bit hard to hear me clearly during calls.

I was very impressed with the sound quality and fit of this particular open ear style. However, I did return my bose due to a static sound that continously popped on and off with and without any audio playing. I also experienced connectivity delays. Very sad that I had to returned these, I really wanted to keep them but could not ignore the static sound.

Great sound and for the folks who bike/exercise outdoors and would benefit from a open ear design that allows you to hear your surroundings. These are most comfortable ear buds I have encountered, I forget at times that are in my ears. Good battery life and I prefer physical buttons. Plus these actually stay in your ears doing intense exercise. The only issue is phone call quality indoors were the party on the call has a hard time hearing you. Strangely enough, I did not have this issue outdoors on a call?

Awesome sound for Open Earbuds. Good bass, mids and highs! The Bass definitely rumbles although not as in the Bose QC Ultra Earbuds but you can't compare Open vs. In-Ear. But I was impressed with the crisp sound (Bose audio signature). They also sound very loud. Just be sure you are wearing them the right way to get the best audio. Super comfortable for all day without any discomfort. The battery lasts ALL day!! Call quality is good also. Only downside is that the price is too high, $300 vs the QC Ultra that are now for $249.

These are my second set of Bose headphones. I do a lot of business on my phone and wanted to be able to hear my surroundings since their other in ears have such good noise cancelling. These are light and comfy. Great sound quality and really good battery life. It does take a bit of practice for fitment

These open earbuds provide great sound quality. Extremely comfortable and provide long battery life. No more loose earbuds or falling out of your ear. They fit great.

Positive notes first: ---- - The actual buds that go into your ears are comfortable, and the sound is great and seems to be very private while also allowing you to be aware of surroundings. I use it for hiking and trail running primarily. They stay put and are a great design themselves. The cons: ---- I was also a customer of BOSE for the Sports Open "over ear" series. Collectively: I have had to do 4 straight replacements of one variety of another with their products. For the sports open ear: I had to replace once two charging stands and a third replacement for a earpiece that went bad. For this new ultra setup: I now have my first charging case to replace. EACH of these replacements has occurred within 6 months to a year across the board. It was so frequent, in fact: that I remained within warranty with BOSE for all of my replacements of my BOSE sport. The bose ultra case managed to last me up until just past my 1 year anniversary with the product and so thus im stuck paying $100 for a replacement case on amazon. THeir charging stands and cases, simply put: are VERY cheap. You'll run into issues with the pins connecting or getting jammed into the small spaces. You'll feel the cheapness and how delicate they are. The only reason the bose ultra lasted the full year is I used them signifcantly less than my bose sport. Im confident they would've broken within first 6months to year as well had I used them as often as the sport open ear. BOSE is "getting away with this" with me as a customer simply by having a design that is superior to the competitors so far with open ear. However I cannot wait until competitors start to match them on good solutions for open ear wireless buds (not in-ear) because I am more than ready to ditch this brand. Their stuff simply does not last and you WILL be sending it back for a replacement if in warranty OR be replacing a case or bud soon enough. --- Note that for SOUND QUALITY, BATTERY LIFE, and CONNECTIVITY I'd give better star rating than "overall". Battery life I am giving a 2 star because in reality the battery charging is always an issue. However when you DO charge them the charge length is fine to get through a nice hike, etc. I've been happy with that piece when they actually work.

I recently purchased the Bose earphones, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I put them on, I could tell that they were something special. I bought these right after Thanksgiving, set them up and wore them once. I was impressed with the sound quality, how light and comfortable they were, and being able to switch from my phone to my laptop as a source. Literally the very next morning, after I let them charge the left earbud didn't work, I followed all of Bose instructions with a re-sync and then a factory reset. The left bud seemingly was lost, it wouldn't recognize or sync at all. So I played around with it, I put it on the right ear spot and it showed to be charging, I figured out the contacts for the left earbud were not making contacts. I thought I had it remedied, however the next day at the gym not only did the left not sync initially but it had near zero charge. So 3 stars is a tad generous, however, when they work they are fantastic, even in loud environments (unlike some have said), and i really like them in the gym. These things don't fall out!

Good sound. Very comfortable. Open ear allows to hear surroundings. Probably about $100 overpriced though. $199 would be fair.

Finally, earbuds that won't fall during walking and running are comfortable to wear all day long and allow you to talk to friends at the gym without pulling your earbuds out. I also like that you can hear traffic when out and about. You can shake your head, bend over, jump, and down--these do not fall off! The fit is a barely there feel. Unlike earbuds that seal off your ear, these do not trap moisture or irritate your ear. The sound is fantastic and has a unique motion setting feature. Disclaimer: I also have Bose noise-canceling earbuds. I use these when I need noise cancellation, such as on an airplane or busy spot where I want quiet and full sound immersion. If you want noise cancellation, these will not meet your needs. Sound quality comparison to other earbuds is fully satisfactory for the places and times when I am using these. I have seen some say the bass isn't as good as others, but I think enough bass is a personal preference. As I mentioned above, I am lucky enough also to have noise-cancellation earbuds, and they do have awesome bass, but these are just fine. Worth $299? For me, yes, these will be my go-to buds 90% of the time because they are comfortable and don't fall out. I am tired of earbuds popping out of my ears at the gym. These have solved my biggest gripes with earbuds. I highly recommend and appreciate the ingenuity of these earbuds.

Although this product has an innovative design and great sound quality, that's where it ends. The fit is perfect, and the open earbuds really allow you to be aware of your surroundings. They're great for hiking, running, and other activities. However, the mic quality is absolutely horrendous, even after updating the product. No matter the conditions in which the call is taken, the other person won't be able to hear you clearly (it sounds like you're in a bathroom or below deck in a boat). I thought I received a defective product, so I exchanged it. Nope. The mic is still horrible. Yes, I've tried Shokz and other competitors, but the sound quality in these is unmatched for an open-earbud design. If you don't care about taking calls while you have these in, it's a great product. The price target should be more in the $150 range due to the mics and cheap plastic case. If you want wireless charging, you'll have to spend another $50 for the compatible case. If Bose could stop releasing several different colors and focus on the mics, this would be an amazing set of open earbuds.

I loved these. I’m one who doesn’t like to have earphones go in my ears. But the comfort and lightness of them was fantastic. And they stay on throughout my workouts no worrying about them falling off. The sound was amazing. I only wished they had a tracking in case they get lost.

These earbuds sound amazing. I can barely tell they are on my ears—crisp, clear sound with enough bass to enjoy any genre of music. The immersive mode on the Bose app is pretty cool as well. Perfect for bike rides, or any outdoor activities.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G The quality on these earbuds that do not even seal your ear canal is very impressive. You can be aware of your surroundings while still being able to listen to whatever you need. The microphone is very good as well for phone calls. The best part for me is the comfortability. I can forget I have them on. I have never been able to sleep with earbuds and I was very happy I was able to do so with these. I tried the Sony’s earbuds and they felt very cheap compared to the Bose. I do not regret spending my money on these at all.
