Bose never disappoints when it comes to sound quality. I play a mix of classical and jazz music on mine and the range of sound crispness and depths of bass are amazing for such a small player! I needed something for collection of cds that I have acquired and it’s the best quality option for both the price and convenience. The only disappointing part is the Bose SoundLink app that won’t yet recognize my Wave so I can’t try integrating it with two other Bose SoundLink speakers I own. Also a poor customer service experience at the store where I had to insist that they did carry this product in the store and overcome the managers objections when she sold the sales associate that they didn’t have any wave units and that I would have to order mine. She was just lazy and didn’t want to bother helping me but I insisted and the sales clerk in the cell phone department said would look for one in back and he found it. It was worth the bad in store experience because it’s a great product!

I love Bose products and this sound system is another great product. It is small but the sound is big. It works great on wifi and bluetooth, as well as real cd's. It is a bit expensive but will likely last for so long that it is worthwhile in the long run.

I like my mini soundlink a lot and this is a nice upgrade in sound quality to that. I bought it for my wife’s Mother’s Day present and it’s perfect for her. The controls are easy to use. It has regular radio as well as a CD player! Also, my two daughters and I can play music via Bluetooth. The mini soundlink still has its place as I have not seen/heard another speaker that matches both its quality AND portability.

I wanted a new CD player. Once I heard the sound quality of the Bose I was sold. It's compact, but has a great sound. It took us about an hour t set it up as it has blue tooth and works using a remote control, but once we had that done everything has been great. I love it and use it every day.

Great sound! Great volume! Easy to use! I also have the bose portable sound dock...this is twice the money, but 5x the quality!

Incredible product by Bose once again. My third wave I’ve owned. The sound quality continues to improve, but more importantly, the advancement of features on both the main unit as well as on the remote. With this unit, you can now stream your music wirelessly from any of your other devices through the technology of Bluetooth. Just one minor upgrade I wish Bose would make, and that is to have the digital info on the face of unit (clock, etc. ) be a bit brighter and larger in font size. Have these features controlled by the remote, so for those that want it dimmer at nite may do so with a simple push of a button on the remote. Other than these two adjustments, a perfect piece of equipment. Thank you Bose. PLEASE GIVE SERIOUS CONSIDERATION TO MY PREVIOUS RECOMMENDATIONS ABOVE . THANK YOU.

Great for our small living room. Good bass sound. Easy setup. I noticed the sound was better for pandora with wifi than with Bluetooth. Cds sound good. Have used fm radio and internal antenna seems adequate. Haven’t tried am. I am very pleased with this unit!

This unit is super easy to set up and operate. Sound is wonderful, as you expect from a Bose product.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Bose Music System. The set up was extremely easy and the sound was phenomenal; both loud and clear. The radio feature was a nice additional touch. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. Definitley worth the money.

I was looking for something that I could listen to the radio, play CD's on and hook up my Turntable for my old albums and also to my smart phone to play songs. This was one of the few systems out there that could do it all. Just needed to make sure that the Turntable had it's own internal amp. and I needed to buy an RCA to 3.5mm jack adapter to input the turntable into the systems Aux. input. Sound is good but it would be great if he had an equalizer and more bass. Other than that, a great system that meets my needs.

Highly recommend! The sound of the system is really loud. I can hear the music all over my house. The system is compact. I can place it anywhere and connect it to Bluetooth which I really enjoy too. The price wasn't bad either.

I absolutely love my Bose Wave SoundTouch Music System IV. I play Family Radio from the internet on my Bose-Wave all day, and the quality of the sound is out-of-this world!

I bought my Mom a Bose Wave unit over ten years ago, but it died an unfortunate death several years ago from a kitchen fluid mishap. Needless to say, it never worked again. She was glad to finally receive a newer and better equipped version for her birthday.

Great sound. Compact design and easy to use Sound touch app. One drawback is that all new Bose products are no longer compatible with Sound touch APP, which means this will be a stand alone unit and won't be able to link to the newer Bose speakers. This is a big disappointment and was not noted when purchased.

Great sound that fills a room. The sleek design also fits as an accent piece to any decor.

I was very excited to purchase this new updated Bose Radio. We've had an older Bose Radio/CD for many years and it has been an excellent product -- which we will still use. However, this is a more complicated set-up but similar to other products like webcams or smart plugs. You download the SoundTouch app, connect to your wifi, download the software, install it, and off you go. In reading the reviews before I purchased, people did not report any set-up issues -- however after following all the directions multiple times the Radio would always got stuck on a message -- Update Required. After about an hour trying to get it work, I called technical support: 20 minute wait to get a technician, 1 hour phone call with him remoting into my MAC, reinstalling everything, etc. No joy. He couldn't get the download to work and the Radio just sat there like a brick. The only way to turn it on or off was to unplug it. Their solution was to send the unit in for repair. Bose could not guarantee a fix, what the problem was, when the fix would be done, and if the fix would be permanent. At this point, it just was easier to take the whole unit back to Best Buy, return it, and order another identical unit. The return people at Best Buy were extremely helpful. They did offer a repair offer, but hey, this should work right out of the box -- and I want to know when I will get my Radio back -- and that there's nothing wrong with the unit. Hopefully when I get the new unit, the install will work correctly. It might have been just a real simple issue, but it was a showstopper. BTW, the Bose technician was very good. They are located in the Philippines but their service (and English) was quite good. I was extremely disappointed when this unit did not work right out of the box, but I'm confident in the quality of Bose products.

Great sound quality, pairs well with other devices works well with WIFI and blue tooth, the CD players is great. My only complaint is you need to keep track of your remote to operate and the Apple app needs improvement. But FM/AM and sound is great stream WIFI like Iheart radio is great.
