If you're balling on a budget, this is the biggest screen for the lowest dollars, but be advised, if you're looking for a quality system this is not the way to go. The screen resolution is sub-par, and looks very blurry. The android auto feature works as intended, and overall I put $500 into the radio and wires/parts/installation. Not the most happy with the outcome, but for the price I cant complain!

I am in LOVE with this BOSS Audio 10.1" Receiver. I had purchased one for my husband for Christmas. I had severe envy after seeing what a great unit it is. I had replaced my unit last year with a Pioneer 7 inch unit with Apple Car Play and was happy with it, but after seeing this, I had to have it! It is so visually appealing, and I love the volume knob on the front of the unit, even though I also have steering wheel controls. This actually makes driving fun again. It is a base unit, but it's perfect for me!

Amazing quality for price. Great installation by bestbuy, comes with a mic that you install near steering wheel, and a charger USB, and separate apple/android hookup! I have been using it for a few months now, and it is installed in my mom's manual nissan, great upgrade. It's easy to use (for her also/she is 72), and the connection is super fast to Bluetooth upon turning egnition. Would recommend for the price. We only have stock speakers so I can't speak as to connection with sub or after market gear!

Got this unit with high hopes to build my custom audio system for my Charger only to have those hopes completely crushed. After one week I noticed that the mode feature that lets you switch your audio sources like radio, CarPlay, Bluetooth etc, acts completely on its own and keeps switching randomly making it unusable. Imagine if you will you’re using the navigation in CarPlay and you’re going turn-by turn and suddenly the radio switches to auxiliary input even though it’s not hooked up. So you switch back to CarPlay manually and a few seconds later it switches itself to radio. Also noticed that at random times it would set all of the audio volume settings to zero. So I reset them because it has the feature that you can set the volume differently between the radio CarPlay etc. and a few days later you get in your car start it up and it’s back to zero on its own. Also The volume settings that it has for both CarPlay and voice (Siri) have absolutely no effect on the volume. In order to change the volume you have to make Siri’s voice begin to talk and manually set the volume yourself. Exchanged the unit for a second one and that unit had the exact same problems. Contacted Boss and told them about the problem and they informed me that they are aware of the problem but they can offer no solutions. All they could do is try to send me a unit themselves and to try a third time. Which I did and had the same results. I’ve never had such a terrible experience from a single product and quite frankly Boss should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a useless product that will not work. I returned it and paid three times the amount for a competitors radio that actually works!! After getting so frustrated and mad that I couldn’t use this radio to the point of wanting to ram my fist through the darn thing, I welcomed the higher price tag and the superior quality that came with it. Never have I seen a company so dedicated to selling its competitors products. Will never buy a Boss radio again.

Screen fits perfectly in my 2016 Honda Civic. I love the fact that you can move the screen around and the extra little ‘hidden’ compartment it has too.

Great head unit for the money. Would recommend. Can’t go wrong for the price if you want a large touch screen.

I purchased this for the display and the use of Apple CarPlay. It was installed by BestBuy. For the first month it worked beautifully. Then it started sporadically working. I’ve tried different cords and different phones thinking it may be an issue with my device, but the same thing happens. While driving the CarPlay stops working. I use the maps feature a lot and it’s inconvenient when the display disappears I then have to connect to Bluetooth and prop my phone. Otherwise I love this radio.

I had Best Buy to install this car play system in my 1980 450 SL Mercedes Benz. I dropped the top on the car, uploaded my play list and my wife and I enjoyed a fun evening of our favorite songs and letting the wind take us there. Love this system! A great purchase for the money!
