It looked very good install,but after 2 weeks suddenly disconnected.

Works great for the price point. Very pleased with the product.

there are a few kinks that it needs to fix. Good things first: - The sound is great. - Comes with the front trims and mounting brackets, so don't have to purchase installation kit; at least I didn't have to for my Impala 2005. Improvements Needed: - Didn't fit out-of-box in my car as the RCA cable at the back of it for the Camera Video would hit the back of the wall in my dash. Had to trim down the RCA pin to bare metal. Should have come with right angled RCA to fit in tight spaces. - Documentation should improve greatly because at this price point, not many would want to get it installed at local Auto Audio shop. Self installation is what's most likely undertaken. There, good documentation can improve the overall product experience. - Software can be improved; things like not starting the music on connecting phones using Bluetooth until Stream mode is selected or not showing Songs info are a couple of them. Overall: a good product.

This radio has been a nightmare! Sometimes the bluetooth just randomly disconnects from the device and it turned off twice on me. It has been a completely disaster. I dont recommended.

I put it in my truck and it’s very good! It fits in my truck.

I had the product placed in my car in April and it stop working in June.

Product quit working less then 3 months company won’t replace

Not being petty, just being honest. Pros- when off, looks amazing Decent picture in not so bright areas Rear view camera hook up Easy to use interface Bluetooth actually works with all phones but it's tricky Can upload all contacts from phone to stereo Cons- Avoid trying to watch the screen when it's bright out, the glare is terrible. Absolutely no picture DVD sound is extremely low. Overall sound is terrible out this system. It distorts at a low volume and I have Kenwood speakers The system puts out more bass than it can handle clear Speakers lines stop working in different settings after 3 months. Tricky to get music playing from phone. Sometimes automatic / other times you have to start it from phone. Microphone hook up is terrible. People can not hear you clearly. They say it's too much static in the microphone Overall, I'll say avoid unless you can get this for $50 bucks. If so, buy then resell!

Not bad for $119. The good. The backup camera works good, sound is better than the stock stereo. I haven't tried a CD but use streaming from Android mostly and it works great. Starts back up when I start vehicle and plays DVDs while driving. (Not legally). The second unit works perfectly. The BAD and I mean very bad. God help anyone that needs warranty work or exchange from Boss. They told me that my broken unit met all the factory spec,s. I reinstalled it and still didn't work. I had to return a second time and took over 3 months to get a replacement.

Works great easy to install yourself and works like it should. you can play cds and dvds but I mostly just Bluetooth it to my phone and listen to Pandora you are also able to hook up a back up cam to it. might lose steering wheel functions when using this and it may not fit exact

Pros: - Cheap - Phone call quality is good with included mic - Comes with backup camera (I had free install of unit, but BB wanted more $ to install camera) Cons: - Dim! Can barely see the screen on a regular sunny day, even at full brightness - Auto connection to phone bluetooth for music is not automatic (sometimes it decides to connect though) - Does not display non-English letters and characters - Equalizer setting is horrible - User interface is horrible and you'll need to use the remote- dangerous if driving I was excited to get a bluetooth unit for my phone and eliminate a cable. I had been eyeing this specific unit for awhile. However, the unit is too dim to use during the day and the user interface is HORRIBLE. I'm a very tech savy person but the layout just made no sense and especially during driving, it can be confusing and dangerous. There are too many buttons to press to navigate this unit.

I'm sorry, but CD technology has been around for 35+ years, but BOSS can't figure it out? DVD works great, reads from USB, SD card, AUX, all good. But it can't seek songs our read ANY media information off of CDs? I'm sorry, but this is a pathetic piece of junk. It CAN'T do one of the MOST BASIC functions on the unit. Don't waste your money or time. It is NOT the deal it appears to be.

powerful head unit, and does what needs to be done. I only use it for music through my phones bluetooth and really couldn’t ask for more. I could talk a lot more on this thing but there is a character cap.

I bought the kit because of free installation, wait for 20 days for my appointment and when I get here the guys say he is going to charges extra to install the camera and had time only to install the radio this appointment. This is ridiculous, they charge extra for all the brackets and drop this bomb when at the store. Get you act together BestBuy!

Best Buy did a great job installing unit. I have not had any problems everything works and sounds great.

Should have known better. You get what you pay for. Went black after about a week. The reception for the radio was really bad. Now i am stuck returning. Buying new one. Scheduling install... Etc...all the time invested dinking around with this is not worth it.

If I could give it a zero I would !!! My daughter has had to replace this piece of junk twice... worked for 11 months and died..The second one didn't make it 4 months. DON'T BUY IT...ijs
