Horrible job! Just Horrible! They didn’t plug in the microphone. The radio slides in and out of its space. They placed the microphone in the dashboard where no one can here me. I took it to a professional installer. They took everything out and reinstalled everything. Now everything works fine. Never let Best Buy touch my vehicle again!!!
