Broken out of the box. The Bestbuy installer warned me that might be the case, unfortunately there wasnt another one in stock so I had to upgrade to a pioneer. I say unfortunately, but it was actually fortunately because the Pioneer had Android Auto and is far superior, but much more expensive.

Callers can not hear you when using hands free . Sound on CD, streaming, audio connect on phone is not great. Not sure if it's the terrible install or the radio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

i have had it for two months. Everything was working perfectly no problems it was so beautiful. Took the face plate off one time now its broken. Literally took it off no tearing nothing just took it off placed it back in and the buttons are all broken took it to a shop and its the face plate. I heard about how poor quality boss was but like only two months old all i did was take the face plate off for under a minute and its broken. Im trying to contact them now to get it replaced under warranty but guess we are about to see how hard that is.
