The material is good quality. The holder does not help!!

Bought this item but it didn't meet the expectations, in selfie stick mode it doesn't hold phone tight, phone holder continue to get loose and makes phone moving. Bluetooth Remote is terrible, it never worked for iphone 12 not sure about android.

Return was not strong enough to hold a samsung note 9.

It’s cool and all but it doesn’t hold up your phone that well. It’s too weak :(

It was ok. A bit short, thought it would be taller

But it broke just after the return window. The holder is just plastic held together by 2 very weak points and broke 3 days after our return window. Waste of money.

Price was good & functions were working but the cradle was too small to hold my phone snug as the clamp would not fit over the phone with its additional protector cover on it.

It embarrassed me when use it,bluetooth malfunction.ball roller wont stay still..I’ll return it.

Terrible design and cheap materials. Have to keep tightening the ball joint as it comes loose just by extending he arm out. The remote wouldn’t stay connected to my phone either. Returned.

I really wanted to love this! Bought it just before a ski trip ....we tried our best to get it to work....it doesnt do the job. Even googled and youtubed for answes to get it to work. Had to return sadly.

Remote control cannot be used with Samsung 21. It connects but does not activate camera. useless and I cannot return it although I have not used it at all

Horrible. The selfie stick didn’t hold the weight of the iPhone 11 and the remote shutter release only worked a small period the time. Very disappointing especially since bought for photos in the Grand Canyon

Returned the first one because the bluetooth button would not work consistently. The second one was just as bad so it was also returned. Store. Gave me a hassle because it was over 15 days in the midst of a pandemic.

This review is for Best Buy. Try to call them to bring to their attention that the remote control was missing but not one pick up the phone. I understand that we going through hard times but they should provide better remote service.

Only last one trip. The worst tripod. Please don't buy it

This item from packing and display looks phenomenal. But its not convenient to use. I tried all options and was really disappointed. I had planned to return it but unfortunately missed the date!!!

Absolutely crap, very cheap, shakes. This thing is worthless.

Fell apart the second time I used it. Seems poorly constructed. Very disappointing. Tried to fix it and had it collapse during a livestream business meeting.
