I was mailed a used product, charged a new price, the product was scratched up, not in plastic rap, box tape was missing. I was appalled that Best Buy operates likeThis. Totally disappointed in the service, lack of quality and product.

The product is not strong and some parts may break easily.

Perfect little tripod for being on the go. Great addition for my content creation. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the tightening screw on the top comes loose. That and you have to be on level ground to use as a tripod. Other than that, it works great for what it is. Love the removable remote. And you can't beat the price.

Nice little gadget, small and packable. Can use for tablets, cell phones, GoPros, small cameras or video cameras. Though the latter might be a bit heavy. Nice lityle feature is the remote for when youre using the srlfie stick extender. And if you want yo set up on a table.

I was looking for a capable yet affordable tripod that could offer a good working height, and the 6.1 Professional 36" Tripod exceeded my expectations. For its compact folded size and reasonable price, the stability and rigidity at full 36" extension are remarkable. It handles my mirrorless setup with ease, providing the solid foundation I need for sharp images. If you're looking for a dependable, easy-to-use tripod that punches above its weight, you won't be disappointed with this one.

bluetooth click works well. I with it had a way to hold the phone vertically and not just horizontally. It comes with some sort of attachment and the images looks like you can do different things but the box has no instruction on how to use that add on for different shapes and sizes of cameras. a little unstable for holding the phone because it tents to lean at an angel. Also must be very careful on how you position the tripod because it can easily topple over given most phones don't sit in the middle because of side buttons, they have to be offset. On about the 10th time using it the pole that extends completely came out and would not go back in. It has little locks but I guess twisting it to set it up or something had shifted it to be unlocked. It would not go back in, but then I had an aha moment... because it is telescoping it might need to go up from the bottom. I unscrewed the top part and was able to put it back in and made a note to self to not pull it all the way to the top of the tripod underneath to avoid that issue in the future. For the price a good deal.

This is just what I was looking for.. a tripod for my phone to take family photos. I have a s10e with a otterbox on it and it fits just fine with almost an inch to spare. It fits super snug. Phone paired with it right away no issues. It's easy to set up. Price is right. Have not used it outside on uneven ground yet that will probably be some what of a problem since the legs don't adjust separately but I will find a way to work with that. There's always stuff laying around that I could stick under one of the feet. The cable for the shutter button doesn't go all the way in (can still see silver) but it still charges so don't know if that will be an issue in the future. Oh and it's small enough I can stick it in my mini backpack I carry around. 10/10 would recommend.

A very good and versatile product, but not an irrefutable solid I was looking for. Works great but it is not professional, commercial quality. Still, a useful tool I am glad to have.
