No one touched it, it seemed like it was just a flaw. When I tried to exchange it at Best Buy, was told that was a manufacturer issue and had to contact them, when I called thr company I was told I had to send an email for this issue. Sent 3 and have never receive a response. So 3 months later I just have this useless stand that’s supposed to have a 1 year warranty but they won’t help me. Won’t buy this brand again.

However he incidentally press the alarm of my phone and it stop working for an hour. I was disappointed and it returned as normal phone later.
