It doesn’t work properly, and significant features are only able to work with the app, which is no longer available! See item for in the picture below. Furthermore, I opened it after the Best Buy return period and the company does not provide any contact information to fulfill the warranty.

Lighting is pretty decent but for some reason I don’t know if mines is defective or I’m just not using right, but the base dosent turn the ring light like it’s supposed to or do face recognition like it’s supposed to.

The app needed to power the rotating base does not seem to be available so this really affects the functionality. I bought it as a gift, so I’m pretty embarrassed that it doesn’t work. I tried emailing the company, but I haven’t received a reply.

As a light it does the job but like other reviews mine does not rotate or seem to respond for facial recognition as described in the product overview. I do not move around much when using so not an issue but would be for someone who does more active videos.
