    Geek Squad came in and did an excellent installation of our new surroundsound system, and AV set up. They were able to get everything installed neatly and in the timeframe allotted. They cleaned up after themselves so it look like they were never there. Also, they went over the system and the remote control for my wife and me to make sure we knew how to use the new system. The agents for very patient and walked her through how to use a new system and the TV.

    Small and sound good, but the mount stinks. I had to disassemble the speaker and repair the circuit board on site. To do a custom installation you have to be able to solder and fix the broken connection.

    One speaker was defective so installer installed ceiling speakers.

  • Great Sound From a Small Speaker

    This set of speakers sound great and can handle more bass than you would think. They are surprisingly heavy but that's not an issue. My problem with them is that I am using them for surround speakers and I wanted to suspend them from the ceiling because of my room size and configuration and that wasn't an option. They come with bases so if you want to set them in a bookshelf or on a stand. They also come with wall mounts but they cannot be made to mount to a ceiling. That is the only bad thing I can say about these speakers.

    The wall mount while engineered well, one of Them was defective out of the box, didn't know until after installation. Emailed BW, got back to me very quickly but wanted me to buy a new part at $29 then return the old one and if it was defective they would refund me. Best Buy is generally very good at returns I will just return the whole speaker for a replacement. The single speaker sound very good, just hope I can get 2. I could use the base mount and solder and replace the wall mount but for the price of these I should not be needing to make repairs.
