Broke in four months
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This speaker broke after only four months of use. Now it makes a horrible buzzing noise at full volume. When I reached out to support they were happy to repair it at my expense. Bowers and Wilkins is a horrible company that doesn't stand behind their products. Maybe they were good at one time, but now stay away.

I got a lemon!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wedge worked fine for a year and then it developed a popping noise. I sent it back under warranty and after almost 6 months I got it back. B&W customer service sucks! Then you could hear static in the background when playing a soft song. Now the popping noise is back! No music just constant popping. It will probably cost me $75 to send it back and I’m not real confident that this popping noise will not come back. Plus I bet it will be a couple hundred dollars to fix it. Not sure it’s worth it!
