These are the first set of headphones I ever heard that I didn't want to use any equalization at all. They sound amazing with the eq set to flat, however they do start to get fatiguing at higher volumes, especially with the noise canceling turned to high. Luckily there are 4 settings to the noise canceling, and it can be turned off all together if wanted. They're nice and comfortable for a couple hours at a time but after a few hours they do start to hurt my ears slightly. They're comfortable enough to watch a long movie without any discomfort, but trying to watch 2 movies back to back and they started to hurt. The battery life is great, I used them for a couple of days at work, and a few hours each night at home before having to recharge them. The noise canceling feature works good for certain frequencies, but it doesn't cancel out all of them. It does definitely make most noises a little bit quieter though. The issue I had with the noise canceling was that if worn outside the noise canceling would pick up the wind and try and cancel it even though I couldn't hear the wind myself, so the headphones would make loud wind wooshing sounds every time there was the slightest breeze. The other issue I have with these is the build quality doesn't seem up to par with the price. The bland grey looks are nothing to write home about, and the poor stitching on the headband would be out of place on even a cheap set of headphones. In the end though, they are the best sounding headphones I've ever owned, and for the price point they pack a lot of value if you're in the need for some quality headphones.

Amazing sound quality and noise canceling

I was surprised at how good these were regarding sound quality and the noise canceling feature. Getting the headphones connected via Bluetooth was straight forward for me. The headphones connected to my iPhone and the iOS app without any issues. The wear sensor is a nice touch as it allows you to have the headphones playing music and when you remove them it pauses the music. When you put them back on the music resumes. The battery life is excellent. Only charged once since I began using them and that was the initial charging. I've played music for at least 8 hours and so far still don't yet need to recharge them. As far as comfort when wearing them, I don't have a problem with these being on for 3-4 hour stretches. They are well designed for comfort. The phone call quality is really good. The headphones I typically use for phone calls introduces a delay which makes a conversation difficult sometimes. The PX7 doesn't have any noticeable delay. The audio from the other person on the call is quite clear. Regarding ease of use, all but one thing has worked well for me. The one thing I would have liked to be made different is the forward and reverse track. You have to press a single button multiple times to do either. Different number of button presses to forward to next track and a different number to go to previous track. I would have liked for there to be a different button for each. Noise canceling is a great feature on these. With the app you can set Auto, Low, and High. The high setting does an amazing job. I had it set to high, walked down a sidewalk and only hear sound from cars that had exceptionally lout exhausts. Normal cars were either difficult to hear or not able to be heard at all. This is one of the best features of the headphones in my opinion.

    Poor Quality Control and Support

They sound good, but I had to return my pair three times. The first one had firmware issues with status LEDs and wear sensor and eventually, distortion in the left speaker. The second one had a completely non-functioning left speaker. The third one has defective noise cancellation in the left speaker again! It would have a constant static noise. Stay away from this brand. I looked it up on reddit and apparently, it is a known issue with these headphones. Really disappointed because they sound pretty good if you get a perfect pair. To make matters worse, support expects me to return the defective product on my own costs. They won't give you a prepaid return label.

I found the headphones to be uncomfortable. They were too tight in width. I don't think I have an especially wide head. I also thought that the voice quality on telephone calls was not up to snuff.

One of the things that stand out for me on these headphones are the button controls. This is the first pair of wireless headphones I've used where I know what button my thumb is on, and what it will do, without having to slide around and figure out where my finger is relative to the other buttons. There are 3 buttons on the right earcup, and the middle has a nice hump large hump, so you know where your finger is. The middle button is for pause/play, 2x press is next track, and 3x press is previous track. The button above is vol up, and the button below is vol down. The power control is a slider above those buttons, and to pair you just have to slide the power button further up, so there isn't even any guessing of holding a button for some unknown number of seconds. The noise cancellation button is on the left earcup, and a pleasant voice tells you with each button press what the level of noise cancelling is. I found the noise cancelling to work very well and as expected at all levels. With the level set to High, 95% of the environment noise is completely eliminated. I found the audio quality to be fine, a little 'flat', meaning I don't think there is much audio processing happening to emphasize any range of frequency. The app for the headphones also doesn't seem to support any Eq settings, so if you wanted to change the equalizer for your music, it would need to be done through your device or another app. Comfort was good, though I found it to be a little tight for my head, and the earcups a little more firm than other headsets that I've used. Probably something that I could get used to, but also not the most comfortable headset I've used.

These PX7 headphones have 2 positives that make them work well for me. 1 - they are extremely comfortable. The head band is padded generously and the cups do not hurt my ears after hours of use. 2 - the battery life has been great. I was able to get almost a full work week of use before needing to recharge. I would say somewhere orotund 30-35 hours. That is incredible, and could probably be even longer with noise cancelling turned off. I love that they charge via usb-c, so I don’t need to carry another cable with me just to charge them. Also, they seem to charge quickly, with 15 minutes of charge time giving several hours of playback. The sound is good, comparable to other wireless noise cancelling headphones that I have used. I’m not an audiophile so I can’t speak to the sound stage/etc, but I find the sound quality to be really good. The only negative that I’ve found is that the microphone is not that great. I don’t use them often for phone calls, though, but if you do that might be something you should test.

Just what you would expect from B&W. I have a few pair of B&W headphones and these would be a great go to for out and about, flights and traveling. They have a clean design with good looks, lightweight and I enjoy being able to pair them with multiple devices simultaneously. I have put many hours into them to break in the woofers and check for ear and head fatigue, which I am susceptible to due to my larger than normal melon. They have a nice low profile to them and very plush cups. Out of the box they sound fantastic, after a few days they sound even better. Sound stage is vibrant and as usual with a quality set of headphones you can hear notes or instruments you never heard before from your favorite song. The noise cancelling works as it should and has several intensities to choose from. All genre's of music sound great as do movies and phone calls. These are well built and should see a long life based on how you use them and the lifetime of the batteries. If these are in your price range or you need to save a few bucks to get to this range then go for it, you will not be disappointed.
