They sound of and are comfortable. You can never decide which way to turn them when there in. HORRIBLE QUALITY. COMPLETE JUNK. MY LEFT EAR QUIT WORKING AND I ONLY USED THEM ON SHORT TRIPS 5 TIMES WHEN I HARDLY USED THEM. THEY DON'T STAND BY THERE JUNK PRODUCT. AVOID AT ALL CAUSES YOU WILL PAY $200 -$400 HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING. IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUD AND THEY SHOULD RECALL EVERY PAIR. Buy the nose or the high end Sony ones instead. Most site rate them but there not customer reviews.

The sounds on this has no spatial variance at all. If the Bass is a heavy hitter the rest of the sounds falls low. The 5.0 Bluetooth functionality is there reason for 3 stars and I hope they really can do better than this. 400 dollars is out of the question for sure. No app for an equalizer. Have to be kidding me.

I'm just an ordinary guy that likes to listen to music. I read good reviews about these headphones and decided to give them a try. I ordered online but I highly recommend trying them and comparing them to other brands before buying. Especially for about $430 with tax. I bought these to replace a 5 year-old pair of Bose QC35s that I ruined wearing while working outside for 3 months last symmer (still sounded great but leather in right cup became detached from its can). These Bowers and Wilkins didn't come close to matching the sound quality of my old and damaged QC35s. Noise cancellation wasn't nearly as good either. I listened to different genres of music on them for about 15 minutes then put the old QC35s on for comparison. Bose blew them away. I repackaged the BW and returned them the next day. I bought a set of the new Bose 700 headphones and they're $30 cheaper and amazing. Hopes this helps.

I bought it on January 29th, I used it 4 times and the left side stopped working. I live in Brazil and I bought it on a vacation trip toOrlando at Best Buy, I lost the receipt, and they don't want to know anything.. even presenting the product's serial number.. Could it be that they have no control over this? where was it sold to?B&W says it has a 2 year warranty... but... I'm finally going to have to throw US 400.00 away because they can't fix it even though I want to pay... I never buy it again and I advise you not to buy it...
