Absolute Trash

The first four screws and bolts you have to put in this thing all stripped the threading. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Then come to find out the product was missing a piece. No big deal, let me call the customer service number and have them help... Oh wait, it's closed. Not for the day, but for the entire week. I will never in my life buy anything from this company again.

Don't buy. Stitching in middle come apart!!!!

I have had mine over a year and it gets pretty much daily use for you normal workout routines. The stitching that is around the center on both the back and seat is completely coming undone. When I called Bowflex about it. They apologized and offer to sell me another one, since I have had it for a little over a year. There are better workout benches I promise. Steer clear of this one!!!
