Customers express satisfaction with the BXT116 Treadmill's sturdiness, ease of assembly, and affordability. Many customers also appreciate the quiet operation, easy-to-use controls, and incline feature. Some customers find the treadmill to be heavy-duty and comparable to gym quality. However, a few customers have concerns about the Bluetooth connectivity, which is specifically designed for the app. Some users also find the app experience lacking and would like improvements. Additionally, the treadmill's large size makes it difficult to move around for some users, and a few customers would prefer a more precise distance display.

Got it on Sale for what seems to be a pretty good price. Easy to assemble, delivery was great, and overall a great value at the sale price. The only concern I have is that the Bluetooth connection is pretty much useless so you have to use the audio cable to use the speakers. I would give it a 4.5 if I could.

Love it. Bought this to add to my garage gym and am very happy with I did. Very sturdy and almost like a professional gym quality. The treadmill folds up when not in use which is very convenient. I've read some of the cons i.e. only 9 programs, starts=stops slowly and these do not really matter to me as I use the treadmill manually anyway. I think the slow start stop helps to maintain a longer life for the belt and motor but it is also a safety feature. As for the pros, you've likely already read about them Powerful 3.7 hp motor 3 ply belt, full color display, 4 profile settings among many others. I am 6'5 250 lbs and this treadmill is perfect for me.

Did a lot of research and the closeout price of $999 put this unit over the top for us. Assembly is simple and just took my first run on it yesterday. Solid build quality and it's motivating having in our basement waiting for us to use!

So far so good. It’s your basic treadmill. No bells or whistles but I don’t need that to work out. Seems to be well built and has a place to put my iPad. Having a little trouble connecting to the Bluetooth. Wondering if it only connects to bluetooth when you use the BowFlex app. Not sure but really don’t need it anyway.

The treadmill was easy to set up and easy to use. Exercise programs are great and make exercising very easy. Treadmill feels like a commercial model, and is very quiet.

Great quality. Assembly was not bad. Definitely a big machine but it’s heavy duty. Best Buy had the best deal compare to other places I checked. Deal didn’t last long so if you get it under $1000 don’t hesitate to buy!

The treadmill was the perfect solution for my family when our building out a home gym. We are all at various stages of fitness that this one is great for everything from casual walking to structured hill climbing to full intensity running.
The materials are quality and the machine is well constructed. It feels sturdy and not cheap. It was fairly easy to assemble ourselves. It took my husband and me around 2.5 hours from start to finish with no issues. The instructions and images included making it user friendly.
The app experience needs work. The app itself is free (and a different name than listed in the manual) but pushes quickly to having to pay for advanced features. Overall - excellent value for the price.

My wife was asking for a treadmill and exercise bike for the home as our gym has been closed. So far this treadmill is by far the favorite of the two. Then she not-so-subtly indicated that maybe I should use it too. I have to say, the fan is a MUST when you really get to sweating. The USB and audio hook ups are nice too for doing some jogging while listening to holiday music! I also like how it "celebrates" when you hit a milestone like burning 100 calories; makes eating that bag of gummy worms feel like I'm letting down the machine... I'm sorry treadmill, I didn't mean it!

My husband and I love it! Very quite, has a smooth glide, nice cushioning , programable features; easy to program ( not complicated) which I really like. It's our first Bowflex that we ever purchased and may not be the last. Over all good product for the price, happy with the product so far.

Excellent value treadmill.
It is build very well and has lots of functionality.
A couple downsides - the speakers are not very good and the bluetooth is an older version (I daresay its bluetooth 4.0)

Great treadmill. Been using it for a couple months & just wish it was a bit quieter. I hear a small squeek when I run but it doesn’t bother me as much. It feels really sturdy, but just warning it is pretty heavy when moving.

Fitness equipment is a silly thing to order sight unseen but this is 2020 so here we go!
Best Buy has had some good prices on exercise equipment and you can’t beat free delivery. I didn’t opt to purchase the assembly but the delivery drivers did place the box in the room it’s used in.
I’m not exactly handy but I was able to put this together in less than an hour not counting unpacking. It’s definitely a two person job because the box is HEAVY! The moving belt and base is preassembled so it’s just a matter of installing the top arms and control platform.
I chose this treadmill because it was rated up to 375 lbs and reviews said it has a higher than normal motor for a consumer model. As a big guy I wish the belt was a little wider but it definitely has enough oomph to support me and hasn’t lagged or skipped yet! Score!
Overall I’m VERY pleased with the value and performance!

The machine seems to work well. After unboxing I had to close the plastic on the base of the machine, it wasn’t snapped together correctly. I had to adjust the belt before using too, it was all the way to the edge on one side. Didn’t find out till after trying to use the journey app that the treadmill version doesn’t include the outdoor and scenic work outs. Customer service people were kind of rude and dismissive about it too. But, seems to be solid built for running and walking overall.
