I shopped treadmills for months before deciding on this one. It is the best home treadmill that I have ever purchased. The nearest that you could get without going to the gym. It's big so make sure you have the room for it. I love it!

Lots of sweat, zero complaints (well, except two)... Bought this as an alternative to the Pay-a-ton competition or the Nordic parent company. Great treadmill and good value. The benefits of having one of this in-house makes all the difference -- I need much less motivation & coordination to go downstairs than to find time, drive, get childcare, etc. in order to go to a gym. Drawbacks -- #1 (minor), the treadmill doesn't reset after the last person uses it... So if they had an incline of 5, it stays there and doesn't automatically go back to 0 until you start the next workout. #2 (confusing/annoying) the Journey app works OK, but it doesn't read from or integrate with any of the built-in workouts. So if you don't use your phone every time, your progress is collectively tracked in one place.

So far I love this treadmill. It is well built, sturdy, and I got a great price at best buy. It doesn't have the fancy screens like some newer treadmills, but I prefer durability over gimmicks for treadmills. I'd buy again!

So far so good and much better than expected! Preparing for this to be delivered is a must and a hand truck was a must. It will not fit through a standard door way once assembled so make sure you know where you want it.

Very sturdy and good quality! Item was delivered and installed right as schedule. The installation team was especially quick with assembly and kind enough to walk us through the basic functionality of this treadmill.

I find this treadmill very solid & plenty powerful for my meager needs, and I love the long walking bed! The price is pretty high though. The water bottle holders are fine, but none of the gadget trays particularly functional. They are designed for jazzy looks but because of the low v-shaped notch on both sides and the angle outward away from view, it doesn't hold much of anything securely and the lower tray is too awkward to use while on the treadmill. My main complaint is that it's so intentionally NOISY! Evidently, it's made for teenage/20 something boys who are into video games because it starts with a racecar engine noise from the speakers and the superfluous 'Christmas tree" lights on both sides flash. Also, whenever you hit a mile mark (1,2,3 etc) there's a loud, annoying fanfare. This also plays when you beat your previous distance or time. It shocks me out of my rhythm when trying to listen to music or a podcast, or watch the TV, talk! Even in the next room! Gurr! But it does the main function well so far (Used 3 times so far.)

This treadmill so far has been very sturdy and offers pre-select features that make you challenge yourself. The platform and belt offer good traction and cushioning resulting in a pretty low shock run or great walk.

Treadmill is sturdy and quite impressive for the price. The base is well-cushioned and the treadmill has all features you could ask for. We did our research and are very pleased we chose the Bowflex BXT116!

Great purchase. Best Buy delivered and set it up and it works perfectly. Replaced a 25 year old one, so it has a lot of new bells and whistles. Can't say enough about Best Buy's service - they do it right.

So far the product, a Bowflex Treadmill, is operating flawlessly. Relative to service, the delivery team was excellent, arriving at the time they said they would. Very friendly, but courteous and professional. They assembled the product over a period of about an hour, then took the time to explain the operation of the product, do's, don'ts, etc. They were a great help and did not disappoint, which is why I choose to purchase from Best Buy. Your store is the one place I feel confident I can get a good product, backed by service, at a good price. This is probably something like the fifth major purchase I have made at your store in the last two years and I am very satisfied with our decision to do so.

I like this treadmill . very satisfied with the price at $999 and it is easy to assemble. So far me and my wife and my son are enjoying this treadmill.

The product is fantastic, and the Black Friday price was terrific. The only thing that is keeping me from rating this with 5 stars is that the delivery scheduling process was a nightmare. I got cancelled three times, and the fourth time, I was notified that the truck was on its way, but it never showed up, because it wasn’t actually on the schedule. It took multiple calls and many hours until I finally found someone who really worked at resolving the issue. Once she did, everything went smoothly. So, it’s like having a baby; once you have the child, you forget all the pain experienced in delivering him/her. And this treadmill baby of mine is beautiful. Assembly was fairly easy , with two people. I am not a handy guy, but my son and I had no problem putting it together.

This is a great treadmill! We dont like where the on/off switch is located and the belt platform is not level. You’re already in a raised incline at approx 1%. It’s very stable. Price was great

Almost a commercial built treadmill. Best home model I’ve ever seen. Got it on sale for ~ $1200 off msrp on the Black Friday sale. Tough to find, massive bargain. It is heavy though. Be warned.

So far this treadmill has been excellent. I was able to put it together myself but you must be warned this thing is heavy! Because of its weight, it isn't easy to move from one place to another.

I had been searching around for a nice treadmill and found this one for a good price. I have not had any problems with this treadmill. Great quality treadmill I would recommend this treadmill.

This is a great treadmill. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to go to the gym any more and I have to say this treadmill is almost gym/commercial quality.

Great product and great price with purchasing around Thanksgiving. I love it! So glad i waited and got a heavy duty and reliable brand. You do need a large area for placement.

Quality Treadmill. I've been through several in my running years and this one ranks the highest! A lot of functions that I will use and a few that I won't. Well worth the money!

Great treadmill! It took me about 45 minutes to an hour to set up. Super easy! My wife and I love that we are able to add 4 different users so we can keep track of our walks/runs.
