I shopped around for a couple of weeks before making my decision to purchase the Bowflex BXT216. It meets and exceeds all my expectations. The comfort deck is awesome. Very low impact on the knees, which I love. The digital display, features and chest heart rate monitor is perfect! The delivery from Best Buy was spot on. Plus, they kept me informed the day before and the day of regarding my delivery. Love Best Buy!

The treadmill arrived as expected, delivery was fast and easy. I assembled the unit in about two hours. Directions were easy to follow. Love the treadmill and use it daily. It is solid and seems to be built very well. Very happy with the purchase, delivery and quality.

This treadmill is big and sturdy! It’s also able to connect to different apps through my iPad. I definitely recommend having them put it together for you when they deliver it.

This is a great tredmill. Nice, wide walking area folds up out of the way. And it has lots of storage for books or water bottles. Would recommend to anyone. Its very large and very heavy. I highly recommend more than 2 people if you need to take it up or down any stairs.

We have had no issues with this treadmill since we have bought it. My wife uses this treadmill 5 days a week and I use it 3 days a week. She loves it. The screen is easy to operate and see. The set up was dependable. The apps do not work well with the machine for Android. The blue tooth is also deceiving and seems not to work properly. The machine itself seems to be solid and stable.

During lockdown and feeling uncertain I decided to get over and start working out. This machine is very simple and easy. I can do workouts like I am at the gym and better. The variety of programs keep me wanting more. And I lose a lot of weight.

This is a great treadmill. I love it. The only negative is the treadmill is quite heavy so you want to make sure you have it in a location that will be dedicated for the long haul. I had Best Buy install it and they really helped.

So far very solid product - only reason for not 5 stars is one of the screws did not quite line up for the arm bars on the side - no worry as we had 7 of the 8 firmly in place and the treadmill remains quite sturdy but design could be better Sometimes it takes a while to get to higher speeds above 6 MPH but for an at home non commercial treadmill quite solid.

This has everything I've ever wanted in a treadmill. It's very sturdy, plenty of workout options, smooth and quiet. My husband was able to put it together in a short period of time with no problems.

I have only used it for a couple of weeks. Everything working like it should. Getting use to it, had a Sole F63. The Bowflex feels more solid with a quieter & smoother run. (The Sole was definitely was easier to move with its wheels and lighter weight.) I was able to put it together by myself - I used rollers to move it around. Instructions were good.

Have had no issues with it so far, pretty durable treadmill and it was easy to set up.

I liked everything about this treadmill except that the bluetooth connection is not very user friendly and doesn't let you play from my phone Otherwise the short incremental speed increase and inclinations, the soft touch buttons on the side arms are awesome

Took me an hour to assemble and calibrate. As an owner of a Nordic Track that lasted 18 years before selling it (and still working great). Not as feature-laden as the more expensive offerings from other premium brands but is sturdy and simple to maintain.

Great price for a really nice treadmill. Got this for the wife because she doesn't like our Bowflex M5 elliptical. Real deal 350lb machine that's built to last. To bad the delivery men were too weak to bring it upstairs.

Great treadmill, exceeds expectations. VERY HEAVY and comes in one large box. Set it up by myself but would definitely recommend an additional helper

I love this treadmill but slow to start in the programming. And it’s much more expensive than I originally wanted to spend. However, it’s quiet and works well and satisfies my requirements especially during COVID!

love the treadmill. quite big, roomy enough for you not to hit the wall when using it. love the incline function and up to 4 users memory. even my little son (7 y/o) uses it.

Bought this during quarantine and I love it! Installation was very easy. The treadmill itself is Very easy to use. However There isn’t really a place to put a larger tablet, only a phone. Overall, great purchase.
