Great bike and currently very affordable! This bike is awesome and the fact it comes with the heart rate monitor and charger is great! Only downside is you need to be a JRNY member to access apps like Disney plus, prime video and Netflix. But just park it in front of your tv and you’re golden.

This bike has all the features you would want as well as some extras that make it even better. The seat and handle adjust up and down as well as forward and back making it super comfortable. I also have a hard time finding comfy bike seats and despite this one looking uncomfortable it is very comfortable. The only thing I dislike is it’s a pain to log in to your profile each time.

The product is sturdy. The only issue is software. It connects to wifi, but it keeps telling me losing wifi connection.

I was looking for a bike to alternate days with my M7. This bike is solid and smooth. Took about an hour to put together. Not sure if I'll pay for the JRNY after the free year but it has operated flawlessly so far. Like any equipment you get out of it what you put into it.

Great bike. Bought at an amazing deal of more than 50% off. It was easy to assemble. A floor mat is highly recommended. I set it up inside tye house on wooden floor so the mat helps. However, the accompanying Android-powered display is not good. Most of the time it doesn't work. Also, nothing works without a subscription except a very basic manual mode; and even that is sometimes a challenge to display.

It is so nice to have a membership with this bike. The fact that it comes with a monitor is awesome. Didn't discover all the possibilities, yet, but working on it. Just the saddle is too small. Hurts your butt.

It does not turn off. Even if we override the power off, it automatically reboots every time.

Overall the bike is serving its purpose we just have to buy the softer seat

Purchased for a gift. Bike was used maybe 10 times then got stuck on startup screen. Called for tech support and was told was not covered but I could purchase replacement part for a cost. Will not purchase Bowflex anything else.

excellent cycle for any rider. Comfortable for both short and long riding times (I frequently ride an hour or more). Easy adjustment to fit most adults.

Works great and I like the interactive functionality. I can pair the screen with my headphones which is nice. Wrist heart rate monitor is kinda cheap but works.

Great bike, works with the jNRY app. Doesn’t take up too much room and offers a variety of exercise programs that keep you interested.

Purchased 4/8/22. Delivered and installed by technician on 4/27/22. System failure on the first day of use 4/28/22. Called third party techs “Go Configure” on 4/29/22. Parts were ordered and received the following week 5/5/22 Technician came out a month later on 6/21/22 need to order new parts again and wait for another tech to come and install more parts to get the screen working. Horrible experience with Bowflex would have been easier to replace instead of repair but they know best. First and last time I purchase Bowflex that’s for sure.
