Great workout machine was fairly easy to set up would suggest having 2 people for set up.

Love it. Entry level home gym, easy to put together and such a time saver. No kore waiting for a machine to be freed up at the gym and worrying if they wiped it down before me.

The bench isnt quite as sturdy or versatile as i'd hoped, and a little disappointed it doesnt have an upright position. Its a little fiddly woth having to keep moving cables around and undoing/redoing them when youre done, but overall a good economic / space saving alternative to a weight stack machine.

Totally rocks. I remember as a young teen my mom got me a Bowflex like 20 yrs ago. After finding this item and remembering the Brand. Its awesome and you really feel the burn to start to tone up and gain muscles. PS. My son uses it also as a young teen himself :)

My Bowflex is a compact gym with everything I need. perfect for a home garage gym. The weights are appropriate for my teenager and the appearance of the Bowflex is just like the advertisement.

I purchased this entry level device to assist with rehab. following a surgery and the end of physical therapy. The device was easy to assemble and is easy to use. The unit meets my needs and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I was also fortunate to have caught it on sale.

It’s less expensive than going to the gym. Go on you tube for exercises and you get a great work out. I love my BowFlex. I should never have gotten rid of the one I had. But now I have this one. Good choices.

Would recommend. Used weekly over a year now, very versatile.

I started using the PR1000 two weeks ago. Positives: nice entry-level home gym with lots of different exercise options. For starters it comes with a description of 6 different training goals (general fitness, strength, etc). And most important (for me), it's immediately usable, no time-consuming trip to the Gym. Negatives (if you want to see it like that): Because it's an all-in-one machine, you're constantly rewiring (from upper pull to lower pull). I still rate it with 5 stars since it does for me, what I had expected. Advanced professionals might look for higher-level machines that also allow for bigger weight resistance (the PR1000 goes up to 105 pounds on one side).

This machine is a great beginner weight system. It’s pretty compact and there’s tons of different variations of workouts that can be done on it. I watch a few YouTube videos and get some good workouts in daily.

Wish it had some better work out instructions but beyond that it's great fairly straight forward assembly and a enough weight tension

I like this Bowflex a lot. It's very flexible and does what I expected and wanted it to do. It takes up a little more space than I originally thought it would, but not a major issue.

My husband is happy with this for our home gym, It replaces our older, bigger Bowflex. Good price!.

Awesome home workout! Wasn't available at any stores before Christmas, but the great guys at the warehouse were able to pull one and load it into my van for me.

Fairly easy to put together. I've had it for a month no problems fairly easy to change weight. Benches average. For the most part very pleased with the product
