A must buy for a Home Gym

I used to belong to a gym on which I used to spend a lot of money every month and would not have enough time to go there because it was so far from my house so I decided to invest in this machine. I love that you are able to do so many types of workouts on this system and I love that you are able to fold it up when it’s not in use in order to save space. A home gym must have. I did have an issue with one of the pulleys when I assembled the product, but I was able to reach the manufacturer and they sent me what I needed.

Worth the money.

I'm enjoying working out on this equipment more than ever. Also, a space saver as you can fold it after the workout. Only thing is it did not come with any assembly and workout instructions. However, I was able to find these missing instructions on Google.

I remember as a young teen my mom got me a Bowflex like 20 yrs ago. After finding this item and remembering the Brand. Its awesome and you really feel the burn to start to tone up and gain muscles. PS. My son uses it also as a young teen himself :)

Good way to start a home gym

I wish however that it had a better locking system for the bench and a bit more steady when doing stand up arm curls
