I have seen adjustable dumbbells throughout the years and always wanted them. I finally took the leap and I am very happy I did. They might be pricey but you would spend more money buying single free weights than you would with these. Also save a lot of space just buying these instead. I’m going to buy the base for them eventually too so they will be off the floor. My workouts have never been this easy. the delivery was great too. They came right up to my door brought them in and placed them where I needed them and it was a done deal. Unpacking was easy and I was working out with them 5 minutes later. So happy I finally own them. You won’t regret this purchase!

Convenient if you don't want to store a bunch of different size dumbbells for home workouts. They are rather large, which can get in the way on some exercises, especially ones where you're bringing them together. Think standing chest fly or overhead extensions. You also can't change their weight rapidly, though that probably applies to most adjustable dumbbells. I'd like to store them "away" somewhere, but you need something sturdy enough to hold the full weight. Still, it's better than trying to store a dozen pairs of dumbbells for the same variety, and also cheaper. BE WARNED, they say you should not use them for pushups or renegade rows where you're putting weight on them on the ground.

Been waiting for the right sale to buy these and I was in luck for a deal of the day! Bowflex has been around since I was a kid and it’s been my go to for equipment. The dials make it easy to switch up your sets before each workout. I paired mine with a bar that allows me to attach dumbbells on both sides. Total time saver for multiple workouts!

Love them!!!! Does exactly what it states. Looks great and very good quality. Easily adjusts and very easy to handle. I definitely recommend if you don’t want a bunch of different sized weights cluttering your space.

I have used they weights for about a month now and so far they work great. It definitely saves space and time when working out, they're super easy to use, and overall I am happy and glad that I got them would recommend.

I sold a collection of 10 individual dumbbell sets and relaced it with these BowFlex dumbbells. I now have 15 optional weight sets to choose from, which takes up 1/10 of the space. The dumbbells are solid in construction. I use extra caution when releasing them or setting then on the floor. I never drop them like my old dumbbells. I haved used them for 2-3 weeks now and have no issues with the locking mechanisms at all. I routinely use them for bench, curls, shoulder presses and lateral raises. I also bought the Bowflex stand, which I would highly recommend.

I really like the dumbbells and the ability to select different weights. I would give it 5 stars except for the plate locking mechanism is plastic and has broken on both dumbbells. Warranty service has been outstanding and replacements were sent but these weights are not meant for heavy use. You need to be careful setting them down and adjusting the dials.

These are nice. A little on the expensive side for what they are, but work well. Only complaint is that you have to dial the weight in on both sides. Ive seen others where its just one place and thats it. Again, not that hard to adjust both sides.

Adjusts easily for all my workouts. Helps to have just one set of dumbbells rather than a dozen of them scattered around taking up a ton of room.

Versus buying several different dumbbells. This saved us tons of space in our spare room. We really like the adjustable dumbbells. My husband and I can get a good work out at home when we can’t make it to the gym or just need a quick pump.

Super versatile and easy to use. Bought for Christmas gift for my wife to do peloton strength courses.

Perfect for someone like me that lives on the road for work! They are easy to use, dont take up a bunch of room and perfect for getting a little workout in when stuck on location! They seem to take the abuse and keep on working, (driving down lease roads have them boucing everywhere!

I bought these for my wife. It is great that they take up very little space for the different amount of weight you can lift.

You only need this pairs of dumbells and thats it! Change the weight in less than 6 seconds instead of buy a lot of dumbells everywhere. Very happy with that purchase!

Wish I ponied up the money for these earlier! Rather than buying several sets of dumbbells over time which is less expensive short term. They are so easy to use and take up less space than the equivalent number of individual dumbbells

These are great. Easy to use and very smooth when removing or re-racking. Doesn’t get hung up like other brands and with a 2.5lb increment increase your able to choose the exact weight that spots you best without worry about it being either too late or too heavy

Excellent product! Has been a great experience with these. Keep them near tv and work out daily.

I didn’t have to set up anything and used staight out of the box the moment i unboxed it. I can see it lasting me forever too. Its an awesome investment for fitness.
