Was not a good buy, only worked for a month or so and the screen bricked. Their support was not good plays tennis with customers. Bestbuy is legit. Got refunded for the machine.

Great treadmill! Love the options of items to view during the workout. Only downs hide is you have to join an outside app to access all other apps like Netflix, Prime, etc,

I have real enjoyed it. It is really heavy, don’t plan on moving it.

Excellent. I am a very laid back person, but I am also conscious of the need to be fit. I have had my eye on this treadmill for more thatn 18months. Finally, I have it, installed by TotalTech, and in three weeks, I am now running!!!!! Thank you BestBuy, for dripping the price at Xmas. I am.one fulfilled customer.

I had a hard time believing it was this bad... but it is! Its hard to know where to begin, so Ill keep it short. It is true, you cannot use Netflix, Hulu, etc unless you are subscribing to JRNY. I have to say this in itself demands a 1 star. In addition to system upgrades that take 30+ minutes, you have to do a 15 minute assessment to really do anything on it. This is rather short sighted, or at least in my opinion as Im nursing a knee injury and my assessment is fairly meaningless in the long term. I have to be missing something but the programs are horrible (as is the audio). The thing talks too much and if you are trying to listen to anything (like music) its interupted every 45 seconds. Also I feel like I am doing something wrong but every program I do that has different levels is controlled entirely by me, as in it doesnt adjust for each section of the program, its manual, which feels dumb. If you get this one sale its a nice machine, the tablet is truly junk in the long run.

Stopped working 3rd day. Getting System Failure error message, when I searched google so many people have reported this issue. I have to call BestBuy and see how to return this crap

Loved the treadmill but JRNY counsel went bad and cause me to not get my run in.

It’s defective; the speed changes randomly going from 2.8 mph to 9.1 mph. I’m Waiting on an exchange

Hands down the worst piece of equipment I have ever invested in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! We have owned this piece of equipment now for 4 months and have only been able to use this equipment for 20ish days ACTIVELY total out of those 4 months... and not for lack of having time to workout. We have had nothing but issues where we needed to replace multiple parts. Some parts have taken 6 weeks to come to us. We are beyond upset because we thought paying for a good brand name would mean a better quality product... boy were we wrong. Don't even waste your time or money. We have easily spent more time on hold/on the phone with customer support than we have enjoying this product. Take my word for it, buy something else.

Great product. Run great and very efficient and easy to use.

It's not a plug and play type of Treadmill. You must have a subscription with Bowflex to run/jog destinations and if you do not subscribe, your choices are extremely limited. Too much time is wasted because you must log in with your information every single time you use the treadmill, it doesn't hold your information.
