    Love the machine. User friendly! I’m able to track my activities and have access to other accounts for my husband and kids. My hubby is also a pretty big guy and this machine is great for him.

    Worked for 2 weeks, Now the console cant connect to the base. So nothing at all works. Yea... 2k for a non working treadmill. Perfect.

    I love this thing so far! Still getting the hang of the whole "adaptive workouts" thing, but the manual settings are awesome, and I love all the entertainment options.

    Made well enough, but the jrny software is a pain. You can’t just turn it on and go, it forces you to use a program. You also can’t create multiple profiles for people in your home.

      Yes. One single JRNY Membership covers any household member who has a user profile associate with your product.

      Use the steps below to share membership access:

      The membership holder should log into their JRNY profile on their supported mobile device and connect to the console.
      Using the same mobile device from step 1, additional customers should create and or log into their own JRNY profile and then also connect to the console.
      After doing so, customers will be prompted to log back into their profile in order to receive membership benefits.

    Love this treadmill! I have bad knees and this treadmill really does have great shock absorbing abilities to prevent joints from any kind of pressure or agitation of joints.

    Treadmill works as advertised, kind of confusing to get it set up correctly since the Best Buy associates who were supposed to have came out and put it together and set it NEVER did show up! Best Buy kept rescheduling the appointment, but never called to say that the appointment had been rescheduled! Will be the last time that I will ever purchase another item like this from Best Buy!

    Thing is like a tank. Sturdy No problems putting it together. Had my 13 year old daughter help me. Less then 1 hour we were in business. Delivery guys were great also.

    was an amazing product until 4 days after the return window passed there was a malfunction of course. now the treadmill is stuck on the maximum incline!
