WORSE SERVICE EVER

As of today 2/22/22, after 4-5 service appointments, a replacement was delivered on 2/4/22 and still sits in my garage with the defective one still inside my home. Unanswered emails and unimaginable time on hold waiting. This is a disgrace, very unsatisfied.

Problems and Headaches 1 month after purchase

I called bowflex mid january for a replacement monitor which originally i’ll receive by mid february, it got pushed back to march and now it’s april arrival date. This is unacceptable for how much i paid for. Stay away from this treadmill, even bowflex. Will update once i get the monitor.

I was delivered a brand new treadmill which was instantly a 400lb paperweight and all Bowflex's support tells me to do is wait until the bug is fixed. I can't speak to the treadmill as a treadmill because it's never once worked. Buyer beware. Good luck! Thanks!

It's a LEMON

I purchased it in Dec '22 and had it delivered and installed. There's a software update for JRNY that needs to be completed to even start the treadmill. There's a bug in the software. When I called Bowflex they said there's a bug and no ETA on fix. Why sell it if they know there's a problem with it? Had it returned.
