    Treadmill does not have a manual mode so if the software does not work the treadmill is worthless. Bowflex customer care was equally awful in resolving the issues. I have several Bowflex products and this was by far the most disappointing. Do not buy this treadmill regardless of the deal.

    The worst of worst custumer service. Bowflex threadmill no longer than 4 weeks in my home and already had technical issues. Noth attleboro best buy techs couldnt help me nor could i do a return on my threadmill or exchange on a 2 thousand dollar threadmill. 0/10 rating.

    Set it up- didn’t work. Terrible delivery and set up. Called days to get them to return - complained about their jobs- horrible experience. Told Best Buy about my nervous experience and they sent the same two out to replace the treadmill. I sent the entire thing back. Best Buy should be ashamed.

    Just junk! I have had nothing but issues with this machine. BOWFLEX sent parts technician and a new machine. I still don't have a functional treadmill. Now i have to pay for a machine i cant use, and someone to haul this junk away.

    I rate my experience 0 stars. My treadmill hasnt worked at all. Assembly personnel didnt want to admit that he didnt have a clue. I had to wait a month to get manufacturer to send someone out.

    Horrible experience. It takes about 10 minutes to get started. Frequent system failure requires to restart the machine. Called total tech to come look at it. They were supposed to contact the manufacturer still haven’t heard anything.

    Absolute junk. Did not work on arrival, did not work after tech came to repair. Should have returned it to Best Buy immediately. No I am having issues where the warranty is going to expire and it is still not working.
