    Had it less than 2 weeks and side incline buttons stopped working. Paid to have it installed by BestBuy so I wouldn’t mess anything up. Expected better given the price and brand.

    Delivery itself very worst and unprofessional guys from best buy.They damaged my recently build sunroom and make it dirty to entire room. This is the first time from best buy and very bad experience and never preferred again.

    Consider the lack of technology

    The treadmill may be fine, but it often stops running after a minute or two and I have to reboot. This happens 3 out of 7 workouts on average. I called Treadmill 10 Bowflex Support. They usually are closed. If I happen to be on the treadmill and the treadmill happens to stop, and the help desk happens to be open, we go through looking at updates, which happen frequently. That's fine. But they will not look beyond that. The treadmill has to stop working when their hours are open and there are no evening minute tiny minor updates. The person on the phone says to call back when they are there, the treadmill stops, and there are no updates. Then, they will consider looking at something else causing the problem. I have been at this for 8 months. I work during the day during their open hours. They refuse to look at anything other causes for the treadmill to shut down. Usually, the reps have kids or dogs or vacuum cleaners or TVs going on in the background. Setting that all aside, Bowflex apparently does not have the technology to tell when this specific treadmill stops. There are no logs they can access, or ask me to access. Very primitive software. I read on the Internet a number of people have the same issue. I haven't found yet ways to solve the issue of the treadmill shutting down, rebooting, and then working out. Sometimes, the treadmill shuts down 2 or 3 times before it will run the full workout time, which is about 30 minutes for me.

    Good treadmill, however tablet and software are junk. Every software update is a new comedy of errors. Everything from crashes to touch sensitivity to random changes in time distance and calorie calculations. It’s always different and random after every upgrade. In fairness I haven’t checked for fixes online, but I shouldn’t have to.
