Came with a defective incline so I had to unplug that to make it work. Hard to get ahold of nautilus to replace it. Other than the it works great other than I don’t like the subscription you have to have to even use it.

Love the treadmill. Only giving it a 4 star because I did have to get some parts that were faulty, but support was on it and got that to me quick and a tech came out to fix it.

Bought this in March of 2022. Had to call support within the first year because the screen kept crashing on us. They finally replaced the screen only for it to die again. Now it's past warranty and Boxflex telephone support won't provide any support but to tell us that the reason it won't power up is because our Internet is blocking it. I would stay away from any Bowflex product as they have ZERO support!

Great product. Sturdy and durable. Ive only had it a very short time but what ive experienced so far it is a quality treadmill. It was time consuming to put together and requires two people. Hope to enjoy using this for a long time.

I should have read reviews of this product before I purchased. Like many others I spent several hours picking up and assembling since delivery was not available on this treadmill for some reason. Once I turned it on it immediately requires WiFi and starts updating with no option to bypass. After updating the software and firmware it is now completely bricked. Base serial number no longer registers in jrny console and never gets past boot screen. Customer support is completely worthless and just bounce you back and forth between bow flex and jrny software team denying there are issues. The treadmill is worthless without the tablet since controls and belt won’t work without it. After seeing this is also happening to others posting in forums and other reviews I will be hauling this giant piece of junk back to the store for a refund. It’s a real shame because the build quality seems pretty good and I was really looking forward to using it.

Works great, lots of features. You can watch some streaming apps but only a general few. Speakers randomly get weird where background noise becomes louder than the talking.

Great treadmill so far. Only have had this treadmill for a month but am glad I have it. Slight problem with installation but Best Buy has always been quick to fix any issues I have ever needed.

I had BB tech put it together when they delivered it. They we on time and I love love love the treadmill. My husband loves it to. We have been working hard to eat right and exercise. This machine is perfect for us

Was about 3 hours to build total. Some holes were not drilled fully, but not as big a deal as you think. Got all the wiring hooked up. Speed up handle was broken in box. Figured I could deal with it since its just plastic there, finished setting up the rest, got all ready... and it says the incline switch is stuck and until fixed the treadmill will not move. Haven't even been able to use it yet. Cant wait to sit on the phone with support to get parts for an out of the box broken thing.

Nice sturdy treadmill has lots of work out modes it wear you down in 16 minutes go 30 minutes at 40 seed setting and 15 pitch incline and you get to have spaghetti leg’s

The screen and programs stopped working within 24 hours. I called Bowflex and they are shipping me the parts - could take up to 2 weeks, currently on day 12. Then a technician will come and replace the parts - but they are guessing at what might be wrong, so I'm afraid this may take one or two more times of troubleshooting. Hoping it gets resolved and we can use the machine.

Scored an amazing deal on this treadmill but that deal and excitement was short lived. First of all Best Buy has been great to work with and beey accompdating. The issue falls squarly on the hands of Bowflex, and JRNY. JRNY currwntly has a bug affecting all T10 treadmills which effecribwly turn this unit into a giant paper weight. JRNY team has no answers on when a fix will be pushed and is horrific with answering a call or even an email ticket on the issue. The treadmill needs JRNY to even operate. With how horrible JRNY support is and how horrible their software and lack of concern for a critical issue affecting customers is i would never recommend ypu go with this treadmill or any device that careies their name. This is being returned ASAP
