Was about 3 hours to build total. Some holes were not drilled fully, but not as big a deal as you think. Got all the wiring hooked up. Speed up handle was broken in box. Figured I could deal with it since its just plastic there, finished setting up the rest, got all ready... and it says the incline switch is stuck and until fixed the treadmill will not move. Haven't even been able to use it yet. Cant wait to sit on the phone with support to get parts for an out of the box broken thing.

This item is perfect for runniing and walking. Ut allows you to be adventures by adding a scenery to your journey.

The Bowflex Treadmill 10 I purchased from Best Buy worked for less than 6 months and started shocking me when I used it and no longer works. It continues to say Base Communication Error and no longer turns on. The customer service is poor and it cost 600 dollars to fix it and it is not even 1 year old.

Nice sturdy treadmill has lots of work out modes it wear you down in 16 minutes go 30 minutes at 40 seed setting and 15 pitch incline and you get to have spaghetti leg’s

Very comfortable to run on, smooth, and pretty quiet. The 10" screen is good enough. Don't spend the extra money on the 22" inch model.

This Thing Is Great, you Various places to adjust speed and incline, various options as far as workouts, the things is pretty dang quiet, and wasn’t hard to assemble at all. Satisfied %100!

The screen and programs stopped working within 24 hours. I called Bowflex and they are shipping me the parts - could take up to 2 weeks, currently on day 12. Then a technician will come and replace the parts - but they are guessing at what might be wrong, so I'm afraid this may take one or two more times of troubleshooting. Hoping it gets resolved and we can use the machine.

Very happy with this item. I usually run outside but got tired of getting hit by cars. I still get a good workout with this.

We love it! It’s a professional looking. I love that the belt won’t ever come out of place! I have nothing bad to say. I’d buy with confidence.

I really love it, so far it works like a dream the only thing I would say is my treadmill doesn't lift up all the way when I click the red button underneath.

Beware of this product, I bought this a little over a year and it worked just fine but I just moved it to a place in my house that doesn’t have WIFI. Just take note that the treadmill will not work without wifi so now I have a 300 pound paper weight. Their manual says that it needs wifi for setup and says call us if you don’t have wifi (after setup) which insinuates that there is a solution, very misleading, I just got off the phone and was advised that it will not work without wifi. Wonder why they don’t put that in bold face in the manual.

My family loves this product. My wife and son use it everyday to do their daily walk. So far , so go. Almost one year since we purchased it.

Good machine, pricey but good. My husband and I both enjoy using this. Definitely glad I bought it.

Scored an amazing deal on this treadmill but that deal and excitement was short lived. First of all Best Buy has been great to work with and beey accompdating. The issue falls squarly on the hands of Bowflex, and JRNY. JRNY currwntly has a bug affecting all T10 treadmills which effecribwly turn this unit into a giant paper weight. JRNY team has no answers on when a fix will be pushed and is horrific with answering a call or even an email ticket on the issue. The treadmill needs JRNY to even operate. With how horrible JRNY support is and how horrible their software and lack of concern for a critical issue affecting customers is i would never recommend ypu go with this treadmill or any device that careies their name. This is being returned ASAP

Bought this because we live in a state that 6 months its cold outside! Love it, Great for incline and decline walking/running.
