Scored an amazing deal on this treadmill but that deal and excitement was short lived. First of all Best Buy has been great to work with and beey accompdating. The issue falls squarly on the hands of Bowflex, and JRNY. JRNY currwntly has a bug affecting all T10 treadmills which effecribwly turn this unit into a giant paper weight. JRNY team has no answers on when a fix will be pushed and is horrific with answering a call or even an email ticket on the issue. The treadmill needs JRNY to even operate. With how horrible JRNY support is and how horrible their software and lack of concern for a critical issue affecting customers is i would never recommend ypu go with this treadmill or any device that careies their name. This is being returned ASAP

I love my Bowflex treadmill. I have a one year free membership with Jrny. Best decision to purchase this equipment. No more going to the gym.

Works great!! I use this treadmill everyday I absolutely love it.

Great treadmill with the Journey App with the Netflix on it as long as you have an account with Netflix you actually loose track of time while working out. Plus it has a wide base platform great for running on. And also it has Prime-Disney and Hulu as long as you have subscription for them you can watch your favorite shows or movies while working out.

This Bowflex 10 has been a life saver for my wife and my easy recovery runs. Everyone should consider this option.

Best Buy Geek Squad set up the Bowflex 10 Treadmill for me and they did an awesome job - however - it doesn't work. Broken out of the box. Best Buy offered to either return it, bring me a new one, or I could contact Bowflex. I chose to contact Bowflex since I didn't want them to have to take it all apart and lug it out. Bowflex is shipping a part, hoepfully it is the right one. But like another reviewer said, they're guessing at what may be wrong. There is no power getting to the machine, no noise if it clicking on, nothing. So I can't use it at all. Bowflex said the part will ship within two weeks and then I'll need to schedule a technician. So it'll probably be 3 weeks or so before I even get to use it. Hopefully it works and I fall in love with it because as of now, not thrilled. I will update the review if the issue gets resolved and I get a chance to use it. If it can't get resolved with the technician in three weeks I will be returning it.

Great product for the price! It feels solid and has spacious running area, yet compact enough for home use. I highly recommend this product.

No quick start option and the entertainment apps locked behind paying for a membership. I’d rather just mount a tv on the wall in front of the treadmill.

For the price, I'm a little disappointed. It takes awhile to turn on and just to use the manual function, you have to go through various steps.

Excellent for everyday workouts. It has many cities to explore while running and a variety of other workouts.

The belt is wide, it has a great incline and its easy to make smaller by lifting the base. Im pretty happy with it.

Grest treadmill. Been almost a full year and not a single problem.

very good treadmill, my family and I use the Bowflex T10 every day and we haven't had trouble at all
