Works okay, not great, installation was a pain

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't work well with the vehicle I had it installed in, which is a 2016 RAM truck. The backup camera display stays on while the vehicle is in drive (it is only supposed to be on in reverse) and there is static on the screen when turn signals or on. This would be a 3 star review if those were the only issues, but I'm taking it down another star because we had to go back 3 times before the installers were able to even get it functional. Based on this experience and one other, I don't recommend getting anything at Best Buy that requires installation.

Mediocre at Best

I have ring cameras that are cheaper with better clarity. In addition, there is no warning sound when you back up to let you know you are getting too close. If you don’t stare at the screen the whole time (I like to use this plus mirrors when backing up) then it’s very easy to back into something Bought this in 2021 but the guy that could install this on my 1960 Ford f100 (needed wired due to steel body of truck) and then truck broke down. Finally got it installed March 2022… the installer was phenomenal and did a fabulous job hiding wired etc

Beeeep Beeeep (back up sound)

Monitor stopped working after 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, good value for money. But the monitor stopped working after 4 months and Best Buy will not replace. so we have contacted the manufacturer. Hope 2 get a replacement.
