Good design, but it doesn't hold as well as I'd like. I zip tied the mount and it works great now.

Good for a couple of days or as a backup mount, but is definitely not a long-lasting mount that you can rely on. For those with larger phones, it's even more unstable and slides off the vent with every bump. It's cheaper compared to other mounts -- yes, but I would much rather pay another 20 bucks for a mount that will actually stay up and last way longer.

Good built and compact. Very easy to remove and plug back in. Just little loose.

I've used a few different iPhone holders in the past BUT not as handy and easy to use as this one! I've got this one installed on my far-left A/C vent (just left of steering wheel in my 2016 GMC pickup) and what's great about this, in addition to easily viewable, is a quick grab of the phone without having to use both hands (to release) like I've been forced to do with previous products.

I needed this for myself, my wife and daughter due to an auto insurance evaluation. First off the rear gripper isn’t long enough to secure to my vent properly and falls off regularly. It is not very sturdy and changes positioning a lot. Won’t need it much longer anywho.

This was ok, just not heavy enough for an iPhone 13 Pro Max, my phone hit the floor several times before I took it out of the car. Might work better with a lighter phone.

Wouldn't recommend unless you need something temporary. That was my primary reasonining since I was waiting on one via mail. Overall sturdiness is not to good if using a car vent to secure. Hoping this provides some helpful tips. Overall, Best Buy is still one of my favorite stores for electronics and miscellaneous items.

At the time of my purchase I “thought” it would be a good product for hands free but since I have it in my car, it didn’t work out the way I thought. Though it works how it’s suppose to when you clip it to the vents but some vents are different than others.

It seems like it’s made of good quality. Maybe with different vents it would work well or maybe a smaller phone. I have a IPhone 13 pro max. It will not stay in the vents. So I’m not sure if it’s a phone being to big or it not fitting my vehicles vents well. For what it’s worth it doesn’t work in a 2015 f250, 2019 Dodge Challenger, and a 2005 Honda Accord

Very bad design. The attachment to the window vent is not strong enough to hold a cell phone. I tried both a larger SE2 and a smaller SE2 phone. My vent has a divider so I tried the attachment in multiple locations, on top, bottom and side of vent. Each time, it would fall off or if I hit the bump on the road, it would fall while I was driving creating a safety issue with the holder and phone now near the brake or gas pedal.

Item is small and convenient. It attaches to vents easily. It holds the phone fairly well. Problem I have is removing the phone is difficult with one hand. You must reach over to hold it with two hands while you separate the phone from the holder. Could be better.

Its just alright. I have 3 circular vents and it just weighs them down so I clipped it to a square one next to steering wheel thinking it would clip more securely there but I was wrong.

It is ok for a small phone but not very good for a plus size phone. The rotation to the horizontal position will allow the phone to fall out easily.

This did not fit my Ford F150 vent . It did not have the capacity to extend far enough for the hook to grab the back side of the vent .

I was looking for something to hold my cellphone. The previous device used a magnet. I had to put a metal sleeve in my case and then the magnet that mounted to my AC vent would hold it in place but it always slipped. This new holder works great. It does have a tendency to need to be pushed back, fully inserting to the vent, but after that it stays in place well.

Associate gave me many options but mostly listened to what I wanted..he then showed me the options of what I wanted and offered his recommendation which I decided to try...it was exactly as great as he had said. I am thankful for his help and willingness to offer options I would not have tried due to other "vent" types being hard on vent and not sturdy.... This product is awesome. Secures to vent and yes holds the phone no matter position..slides in self adjust yet easily is pulled out. Love it....highly recommend.

Easy to use and move around. The buttom of this holder does have to be pressed against the dash so it stays stable. Not for phones with bulky cases. Check your vent locations before buying. I personally love it & have one in each vehicle. Smooth transition from my hands to the holder and vs versa.

Its decent if you just need to hold your phone depending on your cars air vents it could be better for you or worse
