Easy to place and remove phone, but somewhat difficult to secure in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler cup holder. Overall a nice functional phone holder.

Looks like a good sturdy product, but was still too small for my Samsung Galaxy Fold phone. Finally had to purchase a holder for a tablet.

It seems well enough made, but our phones (with their otter cases) would not fit or stay in the holder. I bought as a present for my wife and it simply would not fit our phones. Probably a slimmer phone would work. As always Best Buy took it back without issue even though the packaging was opened. Unfortunately, there is no way to test the holder and it is difficult to even remove the packaging. No way around removing the packing without cutting it into pieces. P.s. It would probably work for our phones if we took off the otter cases but then you defeat the protection the cases provide for your phone.

Sadly flimsy feel and too short neck. Phone tends to jump out of it on a bumpy road. Need a redesign.

Very good item. Base expands to fit basically any cupholder. The only thing I would like to see would be an expandable neck to the phone is raised a little higher. My emergency brake is sometimes in the way. Never the less it works really well and is easy to install. I would also have made the bottom prongs a little wider. They are almost too small for my phone with its protective screen.

I bought this while traveling because my preferred cup holder based phone cradle broke. Although a little pricey, this was definitely the best one I found after visiting multiple big box stores. I’ve around to actually prefer this one over all previous ones I’ve had, but I do have long term concerns about durability. So far, so good though.

It was fine at first, but the plastic not that keeps the phone in place stripped within a month or so of purchase.

I have been trying different cell phone holders and have not been fully satisfied yet. The base adjusts to the size of the cupholder to some extent but does not stay in place. The part that holds the phone adjusts to the size of the phone but the part that holds the bottom does not work well with a cover on your phone. I have to work to get it in place and then it doesn't want to release when I want to remove it. My cupholders are next to my gear shifter, so it gets in the way. There is an opening at the bottom that is convenient to plug in charger. I will keep looking. I don't think this will last long

We were taking a long road trip and wanted something that would securely hold our cell phone without obstructing our view through the windshield. This worked well in the cup holder and we didn't have to worry that it would come off the dashboard. The only problem is that it won't hold a phone that has a "thick" case on it. It worked on my phone which has the plastic snap-on decorative case. However, my husband's phone would not fit with the protective case that is thicker.

I like this contraption it works well. It also adjust to most size cupholders

I have a Toyota Sienna van & my cup holders are two sizes that go from large to small to hold a cup in place. This product circumference is too small. It needs a bigger circumference. The item could be heavier too. I ended up putting partially used toilet paper & folded it down & put it around the side of the item to make the circumference wider so I could use the item. It works great.

Very sturdy, easily adjustable for fit in bottle well of tractor cab.

I was skeptical they’re so many of these and they’re cheaper but I was impressed of how easy it slides your phone in and out , it does exactly what it says it does so if you want a good cup phone holder this is a good buy. Not to say there aren’t other good buys online, however this has been my favorite .

The product is very easy to use and it’s quality for the money was worth it.

I liked it, it's stable but my phone didn't fit with the case that I have, I had to remove it, overall it's a good product

Fits perfectly in any size cup holder and moves around, a great mount that doesn’t fall, I wish I could extend it higher but that’s the only thing that could improve, would recommend, I’m actually gonna get another one for our other car.

adjustable can fit into most any cup holder, out of sight blend in not in the way of gear shift clean look. 1st won i bough lasted 18 months
