I've had this phone holder for a little over a year i would say. It worked amazing up until 3 days ago. One moment it was holding my phone and the next it wasnt. Very inconvenient while driving and using the phone for directions. Now i cant get it to stay locked in the width i select to hold my phone. It immediately opens too wide and my phone slips out again. I consider purchasing another one but worry that i'll just have the same problem down the road.

I bought this for my iPhone X because I was going to Houston and knew I’d need to use my phone’s navigation app in the rental car. To my delight this mount attached to the dash of the rental car and held firmly. It held my phone firmly, and it’s very easy to insert/remove phone. I now have this mount in my own car. It’s small enough to keep it stuck to the glass panel of the radio/clock without totally obstructing my view of the time or of the backup camera. This is without it holding my phone, but I seldom need navigation in my own territory. Even when I do, I can still see my time and turn the radio on/off with no problems. Volume, etc., are controlled on the steering wheel, as they are in most cars. My only complaint is that it is very hard for my woman fingers to tighten the nut behind the clamp that holds the phone.

This is the best mount that I have ever owned!!! The mount is adjustable for any size phone and keeps a firm grip on the device even on bumps. This is not one of those holders that you have to keep adjusting every time you put it in the mount. It keeps its position and has very well gripping spring loaded side grips. The wheels help it in and out easily as well hold it into place. NOT MagSafe! But works better than MagSafe.

It's May 23rd 2025 and I bought two of these in April on the 1st and 5th of April. Both have broken down and broke in the exact same manner two days apart. I don't have access to the first one that broke but one picture of the second one is enough because it's so similar to how first one broke. Obviously (now) it's a design flaw. I'm always careful with these suction cup devices. I use the pull tab and slip my finger under the cup to break the seal. I never torque the device free. Thats how I know these are so terrible because I've been so gentle on them. The suction cup breaks away from the stalk that connects it. Dont buy this.

My 2010 Jeep has a lot of curves and bumps built into the dash making set-up difficult but as it turned out this worked perfectly right behind the registration where the mount holds one end of the rectangular GPS screen and the other end rests on a raised area of the dash.

This did not even last me a month and it quit sticking and it also quit holding my phone. I would not purchase it again and I am wanting to return it.

Works perfectly for my 2008 Hummer H3. Put it on the window once and it still holding on strong. Perfect fit for my IPhone XR

Will melt in the hot sun... Had one for a few weeks, it lasted okay, the button to adjust it broke, so I bought a new one. New one must've been using a new type of plastic, but it melted one day later. I used it as directed. Was refused compensation for it.

Terrible, it’s meant for the dashboard and it melted and cracked. It didn’t even last 2 weeks before it literally broke/cracked and was unusable. Returned the pieces and got my money back.

Really good phone holder. I it easily fit my phone with the case as well as my brothers which is bigger than mine and he had a case.

Awesome holder, purchased at a good sale price. Only critique is that the holder keeps the phone secure using the sides of my iPhones. So I when I use the holder to hold my phone for a wide view the phone has to be placed in the holder somewhat offset to not press the volume and phone lock buttons. On a bumpier ride, the placement of the phone in the holder causes the phone to tilt.

This is replacing the old Bracketron model. (old one had the tension spring break after 2 years). Seems to stick to the dash well like the old one. This one you compress down on the phone and the little rollers hold it in place. I like the idea. I'd give it a 5th star but there are 2 things (that aren't deal breakers) that I don't care for. There are built in "stops" when you compress the holder down on the phone. While it just is about the size of my phone, it's not as tight as I'd like (but so far seems to hold it with no jiggle). I'm guessing this is a redesign to deal with the broken spring issue that became a problem with the old model, which should actually fix the issue. Second, the ball that attaches the cradle to the base doesn't allow for as great of a range of movement as the old model. My dash sits a little high. This product even at its bottom most setting still has the phone slightly leaning back. With all of this in mind I'd still recommend the product as it's better than others I've tried.

good product and seems good quality. Will see how long the suction cup will last in weather and sun on dash.

I really liked this car mount, it adjusts easily, and the rollers are superior to the spring loaded mounts i have previously used. I am very happy with this product.

Love this phone holder! Super easy to install and very stable compared to 90% of other phone holders! Pros: suction cup easy to clean and make stick if you move it! Great grip on phone and rarely will drop it unless not tight enough! Cons: can’t move from vehicle to vehicle with ease unless you have base setup already. Like it so much, let a coworker use it and he asked me to get him one as well
